Every time there’s some new drama about a popular queer internet person getting banned or a controversy sparking the only thing people are talking about is like how it’s oppressive and bigoted towards the queer community and how you monsters will eat any queer person alive at any opportunity.

And then when you look closer and on their very public blog they said they think Black people are revolting and will hopefully be murdered and bred out, they have called others the r slur and many other awful slurs and epithets, they said they think disabled people just aren’t really worthy of being alive, and all of this happened in the past year or so and they have never said anything close to an apology or even an knowledgment. And if you try to point this out you’re a stalker. For looking at publicly available and willing given information. On a public blog. No other sources, literally just on the blog. But yeah you’re the evil bad guy because you pointed it out

genuinely so frustrating when youtubers swear or say something like "kill" or "suicide" out loud uncensored, but the subtitles censor it. like why the fuck, if YouTube is gonna get your ass for writing "kill myself", literally who wouldn't it get you for Saying It??? all it does is make me feel babied as someone who has sensory processing issues, and I can't imagine how much worse I would feel if I was completely deaf. why do hearing people get the uncensored version but we get the toddlerified end??? how is that fair?

I keep fucking thinking about this. people with hearing loss are treated as children who would fucking ignite if they saw the words Fuck, Suicide, or Kill. if the original material uses it uncensored, and the subtitles censor it, that's about as fucking blatant as it can be

not even getting into the subject of fucking "unalive"... if you don't want to say "murdered" or "suicide", English has many euphemisms for either??? unalive sounds like a word a kindergarten teacher came up with and the fact that so many people use it unironically is beyond confusing.

A 19-year-old black trans girl was shot to death this month, and there has been absolutely no media reporting on it - despite extensive reporting on almost identical incidents in the same part of Florida, at the same time. The police, as usual, misgendered her in the police report and have done nothing to find her killer. Her name was Jayla Mcgee. Black trans people deserve to grow old.

The fact that both Jayla and her sister were both murdered on separate occasions is incredibly sad. Having to deal with the loss of one daughter is awful, but another daughter too is even more heartbreaking. While Ronziyah, Jayla's sister, got coverage from major news outlets, she only got misgendering and a few independent news sites. They both deserved coverage from major news outlets. They both deserved to grow old together as sisters. May they both rest in power.
