Check my masterlist before requesting something, all shows I write for are on there
I will not write anything like smut, (step)sibling love, minor-adult, etc.
if you request something while my requests are closed, it will just be deleted (you can see in my name whether I accept requests or not)
feel free to sent asks if you want to ask me something that is not a request, however, remain from getting too personal (trust me I've had weird stuff asked....)
Warnings: talks about drowning (both seeing and experiencing), near death experience
Studying at the Cloud Recesses was a challenge.
Even though you loved learning about various subjects, classes even managed to bore you (especially when the rules came to pass) and it wasn't often that your fighting skills were tested. Even the outings managed to absolutely bore you, especially when talking was forbidden.
So when you were told that there would be a training session outside of Cloud Recesses, you were just happy to finally get a break from the classroom and see something new.
Until you found out you were heading to one of the major lakes near Cloud Recesses to practice sword flight above the lake...
As the other students started, you stood frozen beside the lake, your sword clutched in your hand as you felt your throat go dry. The water was deep, at least 6 meters deep near the shore and even deeper when going deeper. Some were already falling into the water, laughing to themselves as the climbed back ashore and tried again. Others, meanwhile, had already perfected the art and were comfortably flying about. Such as Lan Wangji and Jiang Cheng, who were just floating about a meter above the water, Wei Wuxian who was flying around and splashing water everywhere. Others, like Nie Huaisang, were trying desperately to stay on top of their sword while flaying their arms to keep balance.
"You should start." Lan Qiren commented sternly, clearly not planning to take no for an answer as he gave you a look that clearly meant 'Get on with it'. So with great hesitation, you made your sword float and stepped on it with care. You opted on staying above land, but the glare send your way from Lan Qiren made you move with care towards the lake. It was slow and steady as you tried to balance, staying near the shore just in case you did fall.
The water beneath you swishes and swirled, the dark color making your hands shake slightly as panic started to set in slightly. Your hands coiled in your beizi (outer robe), the fabric scrunching between your fingers as you tried to supress you anxiety.
You had never liked water, never having even learned how to swim to begin with, and unfortunately you had watched your father being drowned by a demon when you were a young child. It had been horrifying, seeing him scramble in the water to try and reach the surface, splashing about and gasping for air anytime he could. Only for him to then go under, bubbles reaching the surface before the water went still and he was no more.
It haunted you to this day, an image that can never be erased as your mind started to remember. His gasps for air, his frantic movements, the gurgling when water forced its way down his throat before everything went silent. It all still existed in your mind, locked away most days until now, where you felt like it was happening all over again. Your body froze, eyesight blurring and ears ringing loudly as fear filled your mind. Your breathing halted for a second as your legs started to feel weak, and out of instinct, you moved your back foot to balance yourself. Unfortunately for you, that tipped the balance of your sword...
And into the water you went.
It was a loud splash accompanied by an ache in your back where the water hit, before everything went quiet as the water engulfed you. Your lungs felt empty as you sank, clothes weighing much more than they should as they dragged you down towards the bottom of the lake. Your body moved on instinct, moving in desperation as you clawed up, only to sink faster. The pressure build up, pushing down on your chest that made your head hurt and eyes water from agony. You kicked and trampled as you tried to return to surface, but you could already feel the feeling of faintness starting as your sight started to blur slightly, turning black around the edges. The last bit of air escaped you as you screamed for help, the scream muffled by all of the water surrounding you, the last bells of air floating to the surface while you sank deeper.
Just as your vision blurred fully and your body went numb, you could feel an arm around your waist before you were pulled back up to the surface.
Air filled your lungs in a matter of seconds as your whole body jolted, sight returning in an instant. You gasp, coughing up the last bit of water until your lungs were free of it all. You cough one last time before looking at your savior, who's arm was still tightly around your waist as they kept you above water.
"If you couldn't swim, why did you not say so?" Lan Wangji's voice sounded cold and uncaring, but you could hear the slight worry in his tone as he looked at you. Nonetheless, you didn't answer as you let him guide you towards the shore, trying to paddle yourself to help (only splashing him in the face unfortunately).
When you got to shore, you dragged yourself up and groaned as you felt your clothing stick to your body like a second skin, heavy and sopping wet. You forced yourself to stand up, the water from your clothes dripping unto the soil beneath you while everyone stared at you.
Too embarrassed to speak or acknowledge anyone, instead running off back to Cloud Recesses on your own. As you reached your room, you pushed the door closed behind you and quickly removed all the wet clothing, leaving them in a wet pile on the floor before changing into some dry inner robes. Then you crawled unto your bed and curled up, hugging your knees to your chest and wrapping your blankets around yourself.
You might be safe and out of the water, but your mind was still drowning in thoughts you wish to forget.
You don't know how much time passed as you stayed curled up in bed, but you were jolted awake as someone knocked before entering. Lan Wangji stepped inside, closing the door behind him and walking closer, setting a bowl of food in front of you.
"You missed dinner." He spoke curtly and you looked at him in confusion before looking at the food. Your body moved by its own, taking the bowl and taking some bites. Wangji stood beside the bed for a bit before taking a chair and sitting down.
"Was there a reason you failed to mention that you could not swim?" He asked softly, face relaxing slightly as he laid his hands on his lap.
"I didn't want to argue... And I didn't think I'd fall..." You whispered, still a bit embarrassed. "But... Seeing all that water just... Made me freeze up." You continue as you take another bite before setting down the bowl for a bit.
"When I was young, I watched my father drown. Demon hunt gone wrong... I never went into the water after that, didn't dare too..." You admitted it softly, feeling like a weight was lifted off of your shoulders. His eyes remained on you before he nodded softly, taking a deep breath before breathing out again.
"I will make sure Shufu knows." He spoke softly and you just nodded, not knowing how to respond as you took another bite of the food. He watched you for a second before standing up again, nodding at you.
"Make sure you rest well... Good evening" He said before walking out of the room, leaving you to your own thoughts. You watched him leave before smiling softly to yourself. He might look cold and uncaring, but it was clear he cared enough to come by and check on you.
Perhaps you and him would get along much more in the future.
I'm so in love with the oneshot where Guangyao comforts the reader after a nightmare💗 Could you please do the same with Xichen and the reader who is his daughter? Like the reader sleeping next to Xichen on the bed after the reader's mother - Xichen's wife died? The reader might have been traumatized by her death. I wonder how Xichen would comfort his little girl🤗
Here is your request, hope you enjoy it!
I apologize for the long wait. I wanted to get it done in April, but that wasn't an option due to my internship/bachelor thesis, but I'm back now :)

It was late at night, the moon high in the sky and the forest quiet around the house.
Xichen sighed as he turned over yet another page of the documents, his attention fully on his endless work as head of his clan. He had read through countless of reports, fact checking through countless of books as he wrote down notes on a scroll. He was utterly exhausted at this point, even though it was not visible in his appearance, and he just wanted to disappear to get some actual rest from it all.
An hour earlier he had managed to get you tucked into bed, glad that you had gone to bed without the usual fight. As he glanced outside, he was met with the dark forest, the moon bright enough to light the path. The sound of the running river filled the air, making Xichen sigh as he dared to relax just a bit. He felt how tense his muscles were from the stressful day, all energy sucked out of him.
Just as he dared to relax a bit more, he was snapped from his peace by the abrupt blood curling scream that echoed from room. It cut through the peaceful silence like a sharp knife through paper, which made him freeze instantly. His pen dropped on the table, ink bleeding into the paper like blood seeping through clothing. He darted up, trying to ignore the dread he felt as he stumbled towards your bedroom at a speed that surprised even him.
He slammed the door open, panting slightly as he searched the room before his eyes landed on you in your bed. You were pressed into the corner, huddled under a blanket and shivering as if you had taken a plunge into an ice bath. You looked incredibly vulnerable, not fully awake clearly as you flinched and whimpered. He could feel his heart shatter instantly at the sight, knowing fully well what was happening.
With quick and powerful strides, he was by your side in a matter of seconds. He practically dropped to his knees beside you, arms swiftly pulling into his warm embrace. His voice was gentle as he shushed you while gently rocking you in his arms, wiping away your tears with his thumb. He didn't care for the fact that your tears soaked through his robes, his arms remaining tightly around you as he softly rocked you to calm you down.
He knew all too well what had happened, this had happened so many times before that he never needed to ask anymore. The loss of your mother was a tragic accident and even though he had separated from her after they realized feelings faded and they wanted other things, it had still been difficult. So when she tragically passed away, it took a heavy toll on both of you.
The biggest difference was that he had grown to deal with, having healed in his own way without too much struggle. He understood death all too well, it was something that haunted him everywhere he went, so the ache had dulled.
He knew well enough what it was about, this had happened so many times at this point that he didn't even need to ask anymore. The loss of your mother was tragic and even though he had separated from her after realizing their love had faded, it took a heavy toll on both you and him.
The difference was that he had learned to heal from it.
For you it had been more difficult to even come to terms with it. When she passed, you had been fairly young and kept asking him when she's come back home. It had taken weeks of gentle explanations before you realized she wouldn't return home and it took another month before you stopped locking yourself up in your room to cry.
But even after years, nightmares about her death still plagued your mind, happening every few weeks. Xichen didn't know how to help you except for holding you as you wept.
He couldn't help but blame himself, believing he should've been around much more and that somehow he wasn't enough for you.
As the sobbing stilled, he just held you as you fell back asleep. He didn't dare to move, stuck in an uncomfortable position but refusing to move. He didn't want to risk waking you, didn't want you to cry again and definitely didn't want to see you break down even more.
By morning, his whole body was stiff from sleeping in such a weird position and you had curled up on his lap like a small cat. He didn't care for the aching of his muscles and the stiffness in his bones as he shifted, just seeing your peaceful expression was enough to make him forget about it all. He adjusted his grip on you, hand moving to your upper arm to softly rub the skin and try to calm you. Even if he had to remain in the same position for hours, he didn't care as long as you were safe and sound.
He felt it to be his duty as your father, to protect you from everything even when it felt impossible to help. Even if it felt like he was drowning himself, he'd always make sure you stayed above water.
When you woke up, still groggy and not remembering anything from the previous night, he just continued to hold you even when you tried to wiggle out of his grip. Instead, he just wrapped his arms tighter around you as he lifted you to sit between his legs, which made you giggle a you tried to wiggle away even more.
Of course, he also spoiled you for he rest of the day (even if that meant breaking a few can rules).

You understood well enough that you'd see him again some day, knowing the day grew closer as you aged. You remembered every single life you shared with him, each love that warmed your heart as you thought of it.
Each lifetime was engraved into your heart and soul, retold in your dreams every time you slept.
Your first life, where you were a noble girl being married off to a noble man twice your age before Yeon stole you away and claimed you were his chosen offer. Where he fell for you and loved you like you were a goddess he had the privilege of worshipping.
Your third life, where he had finally moved from his mountain and found you as a farmer in a small village and showed you his true self for the first time and finally gave you the most precious gift he could give. His very soul, a fox marble that held his very being.
Your eight life, where you fought alongside him in resistance during the Korean war and grew to love him once more. Where he finally married you for the first time and told you all of his vows, professing each secret to you as he held you through the cold nights.
Each of those lives felt like precious memories, engraved into your mind to remember each day.
Unfortunately, they had all ended in the same way. Your death before you could truly live, usually when you were around age 35 to 40. Sometimes of natural reasons and some unnaturally. You remembered the last lifetimes, where the universe clearly wanted to punish you by killing you in the most painful ways for both you and him. Wasting away while he stayed by your side until you passed in his arms, his sobs echoing in your mind each time just before you passed.
Even when you were young, barely able to form words, you knew. You knew none of them were just dreams, they were so much more. You tried telling your parents, but they refused to listen and always told you to stop believing in the fox. At first they said it was a big imagination, then they send you to a psychologist to asses what was wrong with you. When that went nowhere, they send you to a shaman. By age 14, you had given up and started pretending none of it was real. You laughed at the idea, joking around with how stupid it had been.
But deep down, you kept each memory close to heart. You wrote stories down, made art to visualize it all and took pictures of each thing that reminded you of him.
Let's just say you had a lot of fox pictures...
Now, at age 26, you were an indie artist. You wrote manuscripts for books, painted hundreds of pictures of precious memories and had a whole social media account to share your pictures. You had shared one book already, the first in the series you planned that shared your first lifetime, which had taken you ten years to write and edit, and some of your art had hung in art galleries, though you refused to sell any.
You were desperate to see him by now, even though you were still young and had a couple of years left before it would become inevident that he wouldn't come to you.
You sighed as you clocked in for your shift at the ice cream shop, which you had mostly to keep up with the bills since your art and books didn't earn you enough to live on.
You started your shift, busy at work as you greeted and served costumers. By late noon, the amount started to pick up swiftly, making you extremely busy as you were only with three employees today.
The bell above the door was making you go nuts each time it rung, the urge to rip it down growing with each ring. You glanced up to greet whoever entered, eyes connecting to warm beautiful cognac colored eyes that instantly made you shiver
There he stood... Red brown hair cut into a modern haircut, skin as smooth as porcelain, eyes warm and welcoming, and that stupid charming grin on his face that always made your legs buckle. He was dressed in a casual soft grey suit, a white shirt underneath the jacket that hung loosely over his shoulders.
Behind him was another man, just a bit shorter with dark black hair and hints of red brown at his nape, and the same color of eyes as the taller man. Dressed much more fancy, in a gorgeous red suit with black shirt.
You were well aware who both of them were...
Lee Yeon and Lee Rang
Though you had to admit that Rang looked more mature than what you had last seen him as. You remembered how he used to be, young and free in your first lifetime. You had often played with him, flying kites and running down hills. Last you had seen him, in third life, he had been harboring his hate for Yeon and that's when his passion for ruining Yeon's life started. He was a bratty teen back then much smaller and thinner than he was now though.
What surprised you the most, after seeing how they had been at each others throats for decades, was that they seemed to get along...?
You couldn't believe it as you watched Rang actually engaging with his brother, although it was mostly huffing and puffing as he rolled his eyes when Yeon said something. It warmed your heart slightly, smiling unconsciously before you noticed Yeon staring at you. You swiftly looked away, blush rushing up your cheeks as you tried to ignore how your heart leaped.
Luckily for you, Rang's glare made your heart still instantly as you watched your co-worker take their order.
As much as you wanted to run into Yeon's arms, to embrace him and beg (yes, beg) for his love so you could feel whole again, you knew you shouldn't.
Seeing him was enough...
You couldn't be with him again, not after the last few lives you shared with him. Each more tragic than the last. You had died in his arms each times, watching his heart shatter each time as he cried and wept for you.
How much as you needed him, you couldn't do that to him again...
So you ignored him, working as you tried to not cry or break down. His stare made your whole body feel warm, yet you kept your expression neutral.
By the time he started heading out, it was already an hour later. You could feel his gaze linger before he left, a sigh leaving your lips as you leaned on the counter.
"Don't you dare speak to him," the voice made you jump, stumbling slightly to look up over the counter and see Rang standing there. His posture was closed off, hands shoved deep into his pants pocket, glare on his face and eyes shimmering slightly with the flame like glow you grew accustomed to.
"E-Excuse me...?" you stutter out, but it didn't seem to fool him. He pulled one hand of his pocket, leaning over the glass counter and putting his hand on it. His nails grew slightly longer, scratching the glass and making you wince at the sound, like nails on chalkboard.
"You don't fool me... Stay away from him or I will hunt you down," he sneered angrily as his eyes flashed orange, making your whole body grow cold. You gulped softly, unable to speak as you nodded softly.
"I... I don't plan to speak to him... Not... Not after what happened all the last times," you mumble and you swear you can see a flicker of sympathy in his eyes, but that's gone swiftly and replaced by another glare as he pulled away from the counter. He shoved his hand back in his pocket, letting out a small growl before heading to the door. You watch him before speaking again, "Is he happy..?"
You watch Rang turn around again, looking over his shoulder as he stood sideways. He waited a second, thinking of his answer before he nodded.
"I think he is..." he said softly, his voice gentle like you've never heard before. You smile and nod at him, whispering a thank you as tears started to well up in your eyes. You tried to force it down, but you couldn't help it. The second Rang was out of the door, you broke down into a crying mess.
You crouched behind the counter, arms wrapping around your knees as you sobbed. Loud, broken sobs that wrecked through your whole body until your throat was raw and dry, eyes dry and head pounding.
That night you painted a new memory... Not one like the ones you painted before. The bright colors were replaced by dull ones, the happy scene replaced by one that made your heart ache painfully. As the last colors touched the large canvas, tears were already falling from your eyes again.
The next few weeks were peaceful, Yeon and Rang staying clear of the ice cream shop when you had your shifts. Rang's doing, you had no doubt... Though your co-workers noticed the change in your behavior, none of them said anything and left you alone while also keeping an eye on you.
As your new art exhibition grew close, you had yet to admit something was wrong. All your works were more dark than you had ever made, most of them regarding your deaths. The canvases were dark colored, colors mostly full except for the dark orange of his fur and the red from your blood.
As you stood in the art room, dressed in a a beautiful gown in your favorite color, you couldn't help but stare at the painting in front of you.
The canvas was painted with a scene from your last life, the forest painted in dark black and greys. In the middle of the canvas there was a couple painted, a woman bleeding on the ground, painted in light grey and bright red to represent the blood. The woman was held by a man who wept above her, nine large flame-like fox tails curving around their forms.
It was a beautiful, yet dark art piece that made you feel numb and aching at the same time.
"That's quite the art... You don't happen to know the artist?" the voice is smooth and warm, so familiar that tears instantly well up in your eyes. You don't bother looking at him, you don't need to as he stands behind you. You can feel the familiar brush of his fingers against yours, warm and comforting to your aching heart.
"You remember this time as well, do you not?" he looked at you, eyes pleading for you to look at him. "You remember everything and yet you can't even look at me..?" his voice is soft and gentle, begging you to acknowledge him.
"I... I can't do it again. I can't let you suffer again-" "That is not your decision to make," he interrupts you swiftly, hand grabbing yours. You look up, eyes connecting to his and instantly feeling the fox marble pulse in your heart and soul.
"I cannot live without you... Even if I have to break my heart over and over, I will spend decades waiting for you even if it is just to be with you for one second," he spoke in a whisper, voice gentle and soft as he leaned down to your height. Your eyes watered, tears rolling down your cheeks as you stare at him. He just wiped the tears before hugging you close, stroking your hair as he softly shushed you. His embrace felt warm, making you melt into his touch until you were practically clinging to him. He didn't care, one arm wrapping around your waist to hold you up gently, his nose nudging against your ear.
"I'd wait a thousand lifetimes for you," he whispered, making your body shiver at how convinced he was of his own words. You glance up, eyes still wet from crying though the tears had stopping rolling.
"I will seek you out to the ends of the world, even if my soul gets burned into hell," he continued before kissing your forehead gently. Then he leaned your forehead against yours, sighing softly as he held you close. He didn't care that they were in public, surrounded by people who were admiring the art of your lives together over decades, the whispers of the love shown in the art that they believed to be fiction.
He looked at you, smiling softly as he cupped your face.
"Because my heart is not complete until you are besides me."
Hello here! I just want to ask. I recently started watching Alice in Borderland... Once your requests open, could I have a request for the Last Boss? Or do you only write for Chishiya?
Hello~ Sorry for the late reply, I just saw this was more a question than a specific request. I write for all characters (male and female) for every series on my masterlist :)
I'm hoping that I can reopen my requests in a few weeks after finishing the ones I have in my inbox, so keep an eye open if you still want to request something by then :) It's possible I might write something on my own by then if I have a sudden idea, but I don't know that just yet.
Warmly greetings! This isn't a request, just a question: When requests are open, could I have a request that's a little…different?
You probably don't understand what I mean, do you? I'll try to explain…
In short… that I would have a request from The Untamed, for example, but that there would be one character from Hwarang? Would you be able to combine these two series?
If you don't feel that way, I fully understand and respect that. I was just wondering…you know.
Sorry for the late answer, busy busy I'm afraid.
As for your question, I think it would be a bit difficult to write two universes together, so I am gonna say no unfortunately. Sorry to disappoint :/

He had given up hope so long ago, deep down knowing it was going to be impossible to even try and find the person who held his heart in some way. His bride, the one who would end his immortality and give him death. The death he craved now, for hundred of years as he went through life. It was dragging him down, knowing that the sword was lodged into his chest that tied him to immortality. The pressure was damning, pushing him down with every year that passed. Friends he knew had passed, the only person he had left was the grim reaper that now lived with his, and he had shut himself off from the world to avoid any more heartbreak.
As he wandered the streets early in the morning with coffee in hand, the air was cold and snow was fluttering down the sky as the first rays of sunshine lit up the streets. He took a sip from his coffee, trying to wake himself up more from the sleep that hung unto him. That is until he saw a woman further down the streets, dressed in warm clothing and a fluffy shawl that covered half her face. Nonetheless, he felt his heart suddenly thump, skipping a beat at how cute she looked. He felt the blade in his chest twitch ever so slightly, making his whole body tense up. But it didn't hurt, not even in the slightest. Instead, his whole body felt warm like it hadn't in decades. For once in his long life, he felt human again...
His feet started walking before he can even realize he was moving, his stride confident yet hesitant. Before he knew it, he entered the coffee shop that she entered and watching her from a distance as he sat at a table. He knew it was inappropriate, he was pretty much creeping on the woman without even having the slightest inkling of who she was.
After fifteen minutes, he finally found it in himself to get closer to her. He walked to her table, sitting down in front of him with a small smile.
"Hey... I..." He was nervous, his palms sweating as he looked at her. She looked up, her hands still wrapped around a warm cup of coffee before she gave a gentle smile.
"Hey... Can I help you?" She asked, her voice like a melody in his ears that only made him feel even more human than before. The blade in his chest seemed like it was going to pull out any moment, although he knew well enough that it was not going to. He wondered about what to say but found his mouth running dry as the words caught in his throat.
"I... You... You're beautiful" He blurted out, to which she let out a soft chuckle as she took a sip from her drink. It was honestly ironic. For how long he had been alive, yet now he felt like some teenager in the middle of puberty. Words got caught in his throat as he stared at you, unsure how to not sound so creepy in a way. Luckily for him, she didn't look too creeped out by him yet and more so amused. He awkwardly tapped his fingers on the table, trying to think of what to say to her.
"I'm (Y/n)..." She smiled at him softly, setting her drink down as she looked at him. He nodded softly before finally finding the courage to speak.
"Kim Shin..." He introduced himself shortly, clenching his hand under the table as he tried to calm his racing heart. His mind raced as to what he should say to make himself less nervous and so he would finally be able to talk like a normal person would.
Finally, he found the words to continue talking.
"So... What do you like to do?" He asked, a bit unsure whether it was a right thing to ask at the moment. Nonetheless, she answered with a soft chuckle before she started talking about her work and her hobbies. He listened intently, genuinely interested in her interests. He didn't care that he looked like a lost puppy as he listened to her, his arms crossed on the table as he leaned on them. If anything, her ranting about her passions was adorable to him if anything and he could not stop staring at her as she talked to him. Soon enough, she was finished and looked at him. He blinked before realizing she was waiting for him to speak, opening his mouth before closing it again. Finally, he started to talk about his own interests. He was slightly unsure of what he was supposed to say, since most of his interests were dated back to the time he was alive and didn't have the stupid sword in his chest. Nonetheless, he found himself comfortable enough after a few minutes of speaking as he leaned back in his seat casually.
In the end, he went home with her number now saved in his phone and his thoughts stuck on her. As days passed, he couldn't stop thinking about her every waking moment. Not to mention that he spend most of his time talking about her to the grim reaper, annoying the man to no end, but Shin didn't care. He just wanted to talk about her constantly, remember each detail of her and imagen what could happen in the future. Every date, he would bring a bouquet - a unique on each time - and sometimes even some sweets for you, he remembered each thing you said to him and made sure you had the best time of your life.
The first time you found out who he was, who he really was anyways, was completely on accident. You had been trying to light a candle, but the lighter didn't work and so you used a match stick. When you lit the candle and blew out the match stick, however, Shin found himself standing behind you in confusion. You hadn't noticed until you spun around, almost screaming and dropping the candle as you saw him right behind you.
He stood there as awkward as could be, dressed in casual sweatpants and a hoodie, coffee still in hand and eyes wide in confusion as to what had suddenly happened. You two stared at each other for about a minute before you spoke up.
"What in the holy-" He cut you off with a quick sound of protest. "I can explain, I swear! It's not what you think!" He held up his hands after putting the coffee cup down, clearly defensive. And thus came the explanation, which was probably shorter than it should be although he had no clue what to actually say. After all, how could one explain that he was a thousand year old goblin, cursed by the blade currently in his chest or the fact that you were his bride. Nonetheless, you deserved the truth, so that is what he gave you. By the end, he was afraid you'd throw something at him and call him insane. Yet you just watched him, curiosity deep hidden in your eyes and yet somehow a hint of understanding.
No anger, no yelling or crying. Just a soft nod, a smile before you offered him something to eat since it was near dinner time. But he could see the confusion in your eyes, the hesitation and the uncertainty. He couldn't blame you, it was sudden and honestly quite insane.
But even then, you remained calm even when your mind was whirling and your heart was thumping in your chest. You felt like you were insane, like he had just told you he'd burst into flames any second. He could see it in your distant gaze, in the way you didn't even dare to look at him. He wondered if you could see the sword now, if him telling the story would somehow open up a whole new world for you.
"So... The sword... It... It needs to be removed? But... When I remove it, you might die...?" You finally spoke, to which he nodded as he looked down at the sword in his chest. It seemed to pulse, reminding him of it's presence in his very soul. He looked back to you, almost looking like a lost or scared puppy that made your heart ache in both sympathy and anger. Not at him... Rather at fate.
For you to find someone like him only for him to be destined to die by your hands..? You couldn't help but wonder what you had done to get such a cruel fate. In the end, you couldn't think of anything that gifted you this hell. Thoughts swirled in your mind, echoing in the void of your mind as it all registered. Then, you just felt sick to your stomach as your heart raced.
"You have to pull it out..." He finally says, breaking your train of thoughts. You look at him in shock, eyes wide and mouth dropping open. He cut you off before you could reply? "I would rather you do it now... It'll hurt less now." He gently grabbed your hands in his before placing them on the hilt of the sword, moving your fingers to wrap around it. You froze, watching him with a look of horror.
"No! No, no, no, no-" You protested, but he didn't let you think as he pulled the hilt, hands holding down yours on the hilt as the sword started slipping. Soon enough, the blade clattered to the ground while you stared at him in shock. The wound on his chest seemed to glow, a green flame seemingly igniting as embers floated in the air.
"You can't die, you-" "It'll be fine... I'll find you, I promise." He spoke softly as he cradled your face. You felt tears streaming down your face as your hands went to his chest, pressing against the wound as if to mend it. Then, surely but slowly, the wound seemed to close itself, the green fading until the whole wound was closed. He looked down in surprise, blinking in confusion.
"Huh... Not what I expected" He mumbled, which made you look up before hitting his chest. "You complete, utter-" He cut you off as he grabbed your wrists to stop you from hitting him before he pulled you against him in a tight hug.
"I'm alive... I'm okay..." He whispered as he held you tightly, his arms wrapped around you like some sort of comfort. He ran his fingers through your hair, whispering words of comfort in your ear.
"I'm never leaving" He whispered softly and he meant every word. Even the fates couldn't pull him away from you anymore.
Hey! So, I know it has been a very long time since I updated and I apologize for the long waits on all the requests. Life has been extremely busy to the point that I had to push writing aside and now that I'm free, it has been difficult to get back into writing. I hope that over the next few weeks I'm able to finish at least some of the requests (hopefully all of them) and perhaps start taking requests again once all others are finished.
Hello hello ! I hope you're having a great day or night 🙏
I wanted to request Nie Huaisang x male or gender neutral reader where the reader is very quiet and timid but loves to paint. Nie Huaisang really likes them but gets all flustered and trips over his words whenever he tries to talk to them. reader finds very cute and ends up falling for him too❤
maybe set during Cloud Recess but I don't mind !
Hope the English is okay 😭
Hello hello :) Here is your request, I hope it is to your liking and I apologize for the extremely long wait. School and life has been a mess for the last year or so, but I should be back from now on.

Pairing: Nie Huiasang x male!reader
Word Count: 1.8k words
Nie Huaisang never really knew what to say when he was near you. To him, you were everything he wanted to be. Despite, like him, being into the classical arts instead of martial arts and yet you walked with such confidence that Huaisang only wish he had. At first he just admired you, watching from a distance and sometimes he'd stand with you after Wuxian had dragged him to meet you. You had been kind and confident as you talked while Huaisang stuttered every single word while casting his eyes downwards while you always had your head held high with a gentle smile.
The biggest problem to Huaisang, however, was how his heart raced every time he was near you. A symphony that made him quickly realize that he didn't just admire you, but he liked you. He had never been one to be ashamed of preferring men, he and Wuxian often shared their interests over such topics, but for it to actually happen was something else entirely and he was uncertain on how to act on those feelings.
So when he found himself forced to work with you for a project and now sitting in your room, he was just frozen in place. You were preparing some tea, clearly relaxed and even only wearing your inner robes that didn't hide much of your body. He couldn't help but stare intensely yet shyly, unable to be look away. Sure, you were not as muscular as Jiang Cheng or Wuxian due to your lack of practice in the martial arts, but you were beautiful nonetheless. So he just stared, feeling like such a ridiculous person for doing so and yet unable to stop himself even in the slightest.
But then you suddenly turned to look at him and he just flushed red, looking away instantly to hide his face. Of course, it was too late because you had clearly seen everything. As you set the tea down and sit opposite of him, you couldn't help but smile as you spoke up.
"Does it bother you that I'm only wearing my inner robes, A-Sang?" The way you called him 'A-Sang' made Huaisang's heart skip a beat as he looked at you. He shook his head, maybe a bit too fast, and shook his hands.
"No, no, no! It's fine, you look fine-" He starts to ramble too quickly to understand, blushing even more as he sees you smiling at him. He wasn't sure whether you were laughing at him or just found him cute, but he prayed it was the latter.
And of course, it was the latter. As you watched him ramble on and on, your heart kept speeding up as you carefully watched him. You let him go on for a couple of minutes before gently reaching out to take his hand in yours.
"Huaisang, relax... I won't harm you nor laugh at you. So please, relax before you have a panic attack." You mumble in a gentle tone, to which his eyes snap to you before he slumped over. He let out a soft sigh before taking the cup of tea you had placed in front of him, taking a sip before looking back up.
"So... Where should we start?" He asked as he nervously fiddled with his own yellow robes, unsure what to do without looking like some idiot. You sat down opposite of him, crossing your legs underneath you.
"Well, I wanted to get to know you a bit first, since this project will take quite a bit of our time. Might be best to know just a bit before all of that work." You state as you sip your tea, watching him carefully. His cheeks seemed to flush, eyes casting downwards before he nodded softly.
His heart was racing at this point, beating against his chest like a drum as he tried to hold back his flustered state. Of course, that didn't work, as his face was almost completely red from embarrassment. You chuckle softly as you set your cup down, folding your hands in your lap.
"So? Tell me... How long have you been into painting?" The question made Huaisang relax almost instantly, his shoulder relaxing as he pondered for a few seconds. "Well... I've always had the fascination with those paintings that were sold on markets... My brother didn't agree, so I started learning in secret. I was twelve, so it's been a few years now." He mumbled softly, smiling shyly as he talked.
"I prefer to more traditional type of art though, the new drawing style doesn't suit me..." He continues and you can't help but nod along, agreeing to his words.
"Passion over speed, understandable... Art should be true to oneself, not quickly made for money..." You answer shortly and Huaisang can't help but smile brightly. He nodded with excitement, moving to sit a bit closer.
"I know right! I mean, the street art currently is beautiful as well and I'm sure some artists still have passion while making them, but nothing beats art that has time and love spent on it... Guess its a way of opinion, but..." He shrugged softly as he put his hand back down on his lap.
The rest of the evening was spend drinking tea and talking about your passion for art, showing each other art pieces that you had made yourself. And the longer you spoke, the more you found yourself falling for him. His cute little gestures as he talked, the fidgeting, his fast rambling and so on and on.
So as the days passed and you two focused on the projects, you felt yourself continuing to fall deeper in love with him. Even when the project came to an end, you continued to hang out after lessons, staying in his room to talk or share paintings with each other.
Today was no different as you sat with Huiasang in your room, rather close together at a table as you painted. Huiasang was sitting close enough to place his chin on your shoulder, watching closely.
"You have pretty hands..." He suddenly mumbled softly, shuffling a bit closer before realizing what he said and blushing immediatley. You chuckle and look at Huaisang, raising an eyebrow.
"That's a special compliment." You reply with a teasing grin, to which Huaisang flushed red even more. He wanted to sink through the floor from embarrassment, hiding his face before groaning as you pull his hands away. He tried to look away, but you prevented that by softly cupping his face.
"Are you really that interested in my hands?" You ask and he groaned softly as he tried to look away again, blushing furiously. You refused, holding his face firmly in your grip before leaning closer.
"No need to hide your pretty face." You tease with a grin, making him look at you with wide eyes as he tried to come up with an answer, only able to stutter out some words before once more trying to look away. You sigh and let go of his face, to which he quickly hid his face with his hands once more.
"You can't say something like that-!" He whined in embarrassment, unable to look you in the eyes. You just grin at him, teasingly pinching his cheek He tried to swat your hands away, but you were quick to avoid the hits. You stared at him as he blushed like crazy, feeling your heart rate pick up. Knowing fully well what that meant, you sigh softly and look away to calm yourself down.
Huaisang, having noticed the way you had stared at him before looking off with a flustered look, his own heart skipping a beat as he gulped awkwardly. He wondered if he should take the risk, take the shot to get closer to you, but that was quickly hindered as anxiety hit him. He knew well enough that it was still frowned upon for two men or two women to be romantically together, hence why most couples of the same sex hid behind sworn brotherhood. Huaisang felt his breathing grow heavier, worried that you might not be interested in men or that he'd ruin the friendship he had just formed with you if he confessed his affection for you.
You noticed the blank stare on Huaisang's face, the huffs he made as he clearly tried to catch his breath as his fingers clenched in his robes. You frown and call his name, but he doesn't react in any way. You gently reach for his hand, touching his skin before catching him when he suddenly jumped on his feet out of surprise. He stumbled from the pull, landing on his knees right beside you with his face inches from yours. You looked at him, heart skipping a beat before your eyes widened as he suddenly leaned forward and pressed his lips to yours. You froze for a few seconds before he suddenly pulled back and started stuttering an apology. You didn't give him the chance to speak as you grabbed his collar and pulled him back down, kissing him passionately as you wrap an arm around his waist. You pulled him on your lap, keeping him in place as you continue to kiss him. He seemed to melt into it, wrapping his arms around your neck and tangling a hand in your hair as he pushed himself as close to you as he could.
You bit his bottom lip softly before moving, pinning him down on the ground as you keep kissing him hungrily. You gripped his hips tightly while one hand stood on the ground beside his head to keep yourself up, using your knee to push his legs open as you lean above him. Eventually, you pulled back for air. You panted above him, staring down at him with a flushed face. He gulped again, lips slightly swollen from the kissing as he tried to catch his breath.
"Don't apologize..." You mumble softly, hand kneading his waist softly with your hand. He just nodded as his face started to turn red before he covered his face with his hands again.
"Seriously? I just kissed you and you're embarrassed again?" You chuckle and he whined, still covering his face. You move your hand from his waist to his wrist, pulling his hand away from his face.
"Come on, I wanna ask you a question and wanna see your face." You mumbled and he reluctantly lowered his hands, biting his lip awkwardly. You sigh, wanting to kiss him again but holding back.
"Be mine?" You finally asked, looking down at him as you waited for an answer. Huaisang was staring at you with wide eyes, trying to process the words. Then, as the words register, his face turns bright red in an instance. "What?!" His eyes widened as he stared at you and you can't help but chuckle again, leaning down.
"So? That's a yes or no?" You asked as you lean down ever so slightly, waiting for his response. When he finally nodded yes, you just grinned and softly kissed him again. You pull back after a few seconds and smile at him.
Hey, I'm asking for a reaction...how would the guys from The Untamed (Xichen, Wangji, Guangyao, Cheng and Mingjue) react to a reader asking for help? Let me explain: the reader was kidnapped when she was young by a family that speaks a completely foreign language. When the reader grew up, the reader and her ''family'' went to a meeting in the Gusu clan, Lanling/Junmeng/Qinghe, where they want to teach cultivation. However, they does not understand Chinese. But the reader does. So the ''family'' asks their daughter to tell the clan leaders that they want to learn cultivation. But without her ''family'' knowing, the reader said that she needed help and that this was not her family.
Hey! Here is your request written out, hope it is to your liking :)

Pairings: Lan Xichen, Lan Wangji, Jin Guangyao, Jiang Cheng & Nie Mingjue
Warnings: reader was kidnapped at young age
Lan Wangji:
he is very receptive
so when he sees you and your "family", he notices something is off
since Lan Xichen is not present, Wangji takes over the role of head for awhile
so logically, your parents want to meet him and have you ask for help
when you approach him, he instantly notices how nervous you look
the first word that leaves your mouth is help
he remains stoic, not wanting to show emotions that were unnecessary
as you keep explaining to him while your family just nodded with smiles, he gets the hint
he nods and tells you to follow him along with your family
once inside, he promptly has your family held back while you are guided away somewhere safe
once your fake family was dealt with, Wangji asks you about your story and listens carefully
he claims he wants to be able to judge how to punish your kidnappers
but he honestly just wants to listen to you
because he can see it's nagging on you
and one of the many rules of his clan is to be compassionate to all
even when he struggles to do so
eventually, he just keeps them under guard and waits for his brother to return and officially deal with them
at the same time, he offers you a place at Gusu
if you accept, he would stay by your side as friend and help you cultivate for yourself
if you don't accept, he will respect that decision and wish you well on your journey
Jiang Cheng:
He was not pleased by outsiders in his clan
much less outsiders that could not even bother to speak his language
except for you
he sees how tense you look near your family, but he doesn't see it as odd
after all, he isn't much different, especially around his mother
nonetheless, he hears you out anyway
which is when you ask for help to escape your kidnappers
that instantly makes him tense up
because you're basically begging for help, looking as terrified as you could possibly be
and he knows he has to help you out
he finds a way to separate you from your kidnappers before promptly kicking them to the streets
he lets you stay at Yunmeng for the time being
while he's not that empathic to your situation, he doesn't berate you in any way
he just can't understand how you got kidnapped in the first place
doesn't understand that you didn't grow up learning martial arts
but he learns to understand eventually
he tells you to stay in Yunmeng
will argue if you try to leave
but ultimately will respect whatever you decide to do
Lan Xichen:
He is very friendly when he first meets you and your family
even though he can't speak to your family because of the language barrier
but his attitude will shift quickly when the words 'help me' leave your lips
his face will stay in that same sweet smile he always wore, but anyone who knew him well enough can see the anger in his eyes forming as you explain your situation
he will find a way to separate you from your family without making your family alarmed or suspicious
eventually, when he is able to, he asks the full story
what had happened, how you were taken and all that
he wants to make sure he knows every detail of the story
he lets you make the decision on what to do
whether you want them thrown out or maybe even punished by the Lan rules
whatever you decide, he'll listen
he'll help you out as well as he can
Jin Guangyao:
he hears of your family joining the Lanling clan's training
he can also see how uncomfortable you look among the people he assumed were your kin
while he yet has to gain power, he can't help but mingle
so, as your family is staying in the clan building, waiting for a meeting with the clan head
he approaches you, let's you tell your story
he lets you rant, he listens carefully and keeps you close
he vouches for you when you do meet with the head of the clan
watches with a smirk as your family is kicked out
he wants you to stay
will suggest it in subtle ways
won't outright ask, it has to look like your own decision
will find ways to make you more prone to choosing to stay by him
will probably call you family or something to convince you to stay
even will make you just pity him with his usual sob story
Nie Mingjue:
(don't hate me for this one)
he hears your story from one of his attendants that welcomed you and your fake family
if it does not influence him directly, he won't do much about it
(you've seen how he is regarding Meng Yao before everything goes down)
he'll keep an eye out, watch you like a hawk
but he won't step in unless necessary
it's only when he finds you crying outside the training hall that he speaks to you
his demeanor changes when you list off what happened to you after you were taken from your real family
suddenly, he is the most protective of you
almost as protective as he is over Huaisang
in his own way, of course
which means he's harsh
he once said that it was because you were too weak that you were kidnapped
later apologized after Xichen scolded him for it
or at least tried to apologize
he's not really good at them
will resort to violence if you get threatened
his saber is an extension of his arm, so who's surprised
will basically act like a giant dangerous teddy bear
Omg omg hello!🤩 I just finished watching Miss The Dragon and now I'm going to find the account that writes for this series? I'm probably going to pass out🤭🤭. You are awesome!❤️ Can I have a request for an Immortal of Fate? Zhu Zanjin is one of my favorite actors you know... The reader is an angel with broken wings. She is looking for a solution to repair the wings. At the recommendation of the bird elf (I can't remember her name now) to go see the Immortal of Fate, the angel does. There she meets him and asks for his help. Once the medicine/spell takes effect, the angel tries to fly again but fails. In one of the attempts, she falls to Immortal of Fate😁 Then they realize that they are in love with each other, fate brought them together💘💘💘
Thank you very much and have a nice day!
I apologize for the extreme long wait, last year wasn't so easy. But it got finished, so here you go! Hope you enjoy.
