Feel free to submit theme suggestions at any time! The ask box is always open to general suggestions, questions and concerns about the blog itself.

Submission Guidelines (below the cut):

✅ Include a direct link to the work (fic, art, etc.). All necessary information will be gathered from the provided link. NOTE: If sending anonymously, Tumblr disables link submissions. Send the title and creator's name instead. ✅ It's encouraged (but optional) to include a brief sentence or two about why you love it/are recommending it. It's also optional, but helpful, to list a few other major tropes/tags that fit the work (other than the current theme). ✅ Anon submissions are welcome! Recs submitted under your username will be attributed to you. ✅ For the time being, please only submit one rec per cycle (this may change, depending on how many are submitted). ❌ No AI generated works or self-recs, please.

Happy December, everyone! Shaking things up this month here at the Drarry Rec Room.

Over on my main blog I posted about still wanting to do a December rec-a-day this year, which is something the HP Rec Fest always did (more detail about that in the post). In the post I shared a makeshift list with one theme/trope per day just for my own enjoyment, but invited anyone else interested to participate, too.

So instead of the normal order of business, in December rec round-ups will be posted here as often as possible (every few days, maybe?) with links to your rec posts.

Hii - Im looking for a fic I read years ago that’s about Harry rejecting the whole auror path and opening a restaurant instead. His head chef leaves and Andromeda (I think) suggests that he seek out a very renowned chef in France - Draco Malfoy. It’s a sweet slow burn with some drama and I want to relive it :’)

i’ve been searching everywhere for this fic i read ages back and have been wanting to read again. draco is living a muggle life with muggle friends and runs into harry on accident at a pub. harry gets obsessed and thinks he’s up to something and starts stalking him in the coffee shop he works at. does this ring any bells? i never bookmarked it!
