So I’ve been going in and out of depression for years, and in that time I’ve apparently been internalizing all my stress and storing them for later… well later happen and I had a panic attack so bad it paralyzed my entire body and I ended up being rushed to the ER. Now I’m super jumpy, and constantly going in and out of mini panic attacks over everything. I can hardly walk without the world spinning in circles. Long story short PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELFS! 👏👏 when your feeling Burt Out STOP take a break!
One of the things that I’ve been recommended to do was to write down a list of all of my Major stressors and check them off as I go through them and take care of them. so here’s my tester run of one. —————— I am officially non-binary, all may address me with They-Them pronouns. 💛🤍💜🖤
