I had an idea for the arcane reacting to finding out the reader has prosthetics (maybe like a ball jointed doll). For the reason that the reader often overs their hands in gloves and normally wears long pants so no one really knew. How did the arcane react to finding out and how?

You glanced up to see him standing there, hair a little messy, wearing one of those oversized sweaters that practically swallowed him whole. He looked so comfortable it almost hurt. “Just thinking,” you murmured, your lips tugging into a small smile.

“Hmm.” He didn’t say anything else, just disappeared into the kitchen for a moment. When he came back, he had two mugs in his hands, steam curling lazily up from both. He handed you one without a word, settling down beside you and pulling the blanket over his lap like it was the most natural thing in the world.

You looked down at the hot chocolate, the marshmallows bobbing near the rim of the mug, and smiled a little wider. “You didn’t have to do this.”
