He's not sure if it's an accident or quentin staking his claim on Jake's wardrobe but with his boyfriend wearing his beanie he can't help but think about how cute he looks. "Have I ever told you how cute you look in that?" Jake smiles at his boyfriend before leaning down to kiss him.

The kiss would a pleasant surprise to the dreamer, breathing out a quiet laugh through his nose and smiling into it. With their lips still connected, the boy takes his own gray beanie that he’d been holding for an opportunity just like this, and tugs it down over the saboteur’s black messy hair. As they pull away he lets out a little embarrassed giggle, that this time isn’t muffled by his boyfriend’s mouth.

Despite all the groundwork he had laid to make sure he would ask Quentin out on a date. well maybe it’s not a date, more like alone time for just the two to share. He still can’t believe that he got nervous at the last possible second. He feels much more calm the moment that Quentin brings their hands together, it was a subtle reminder that this was Quentin he was talking to, despite the fact his boyfriend is both sweet and adorable he has no reason to be nervous.

“Whenever you want to go, I just want to spend time with you.” he quietly confesses leaning his head against Quentin’s

Such sweet words and the soft gesture make the young man sigh happily. He can’t help the way his smile widens, letting out a little breathless laugh as his heart swells with adoration. Quentin squeezes his boyfriend’s hand, looking forward to spending alone time with him as well, glad that Jake felt the same want to be with him. The insomniac turns his head to press a gentle little kiss to the other handsome survivor’s cheek to reassure him.

“There’s nothing better to do than hang out with you, dork, I want to spend time with you too.” he teases while poking his tongue out and puffing up his cheeks. “I want to see if they have energy drinks like last time.”

"Would you want to come on.-" the saboteur pauses in his tracks becoming flustered before he even utters out the word 'date.' Still he can't just say nothing now and a little too fast for comfort he blurts out a secondary plan. "-On a snack run to gas heaven." (Bledovt I'm not logged in rn properly but had to send this)

The insomniac chuckles softly over seeing his boyfriend’s flustered state, it was rather cute, somehow making his already adorable face impossibly more so. The pause between his words do not go unnoticed by the other survivor, and he raises an eyebrow at the saboteur until he finishes his question. Quentin just nods before reaching out with one hand and laces his fingers together with Jake’s, then leans towards him so their shoulders rest together gently.

“Yeah, sure, when’re we going?”
