Today I’m introducing a new build to you guys!!! This city lot is placed in San Myshuno and is frequently used in my streams! It’s a beautiful, fully functional (see below) lot that features a Takeout/Dine in/ Rooftop Bar, Laundromat, Barbershop, Popeyes, Daycare, Nail Salon, Dispensary, Sports Bar and Chinese Carryout!!!!

💭HOW-TO DOWNLOAD
Make sure you download everything in this post! Move the tray files directly to your tray folder. Move the CC files directly to your Mods folder.
💭& HOW-TO USE
Turn your game on. Once in the game, turn on the bb.moveobjects cheat and place the lot wherever you like. I placed mine in San Myshuno! The views are beautiful there!
*In-Game (must be in gameplay mode for this)* right click anywhere on the ground and choose “Nisa’s LTE” and choose the traits that you want functional on the lot. Full instructions here. I recommend choosing any of the live in business traits, lot professionals, employee professionals, dispensary, bar, cafe, daycare etc. to make the lot fully functional! Click on any door and open/ allow all of the services. Voila! Enjoy the lot!
