Luke asking Annabeth if she ever loved him at the end a tlo RUINED his character for me :( just the fact that there was ANY romantic interest on his part is concerning, like it’s normal for a teen to have a crush on an older person, but the other way around? That’s a big no no... what if he asked Annabeth if she could ever forgive him and if they could still be family, like he promised or something emotional like that 🥺 ofc he still killed a bunch of people and sided with Kronos but he would’ve died a hero and that would of been enough for me to see that he’s a good person deep down, and see that he doesn’t deserve eternal punishment and can go to the asphodel fields instead, but then he decided to be iNTERESTED IN A 16 YO LIKE WHATTT😀
