Really working on depth with my deadlift game! Two 45lbs bumper plates for the deficit. Really forces me to use my quads, upper back, and lats more with the trap bar. Makes it similar to a squat pattern but with more back involvement. 2x290 5x240 Will progress by building up for a few weeks to around 340 for 3 at this deficit and then decrease the deficit to one 45lbs bumper plate and a 25lbs bumper plate, then progress in weight there since it’ll be easier.
