Hello! I'm Crystal and a mother of two beautiful boys Justice (6) and Christian (4). I have a Bachelors degree in Biological Science and a Masters Degree in Secondary Education. I'm basically the most awesomest High School Biology teacher ever! I am also a graphic designer. I hope this becomes a great place to find motivation and inspirational support to become dedicated to becoming fit, healthy, and successful in life. I strive to become a mentor to those who need extra motivation through encouragement and maybe an extra push in the right direction. As well finding motivation from others to continue on a healthier life style of my own.
