âYeah, thatâs true.â They said as they sat back, looking over at Leo as he started talking. âBut also if you were the president that would be pretty awful. too much responsibility.â They decided with a serious nod. âReally? I mean, would you really feel unimportant when you are the first person to ever walk on an exoplanet? You would be the next Neil Armstrong. But even better because it wouldnât be a moon. It would be a whole different planet in a completely different solar system.â They mused, pausing for a short time as they imagine it before sighing. âInstead, I write books about space instead of being there.â
Leo hummed quietly to himself as he listened to their reason for why he should feel important if he would ever discover another planet. Sure his reasoning was more then valid but there was something about the vast dark emptiness of the space that made his chest tighten and there are no riches in the world that would make him decide to travel to another planet. âYeah youâre right, Iâd be fuckinâ important and youâd eventually have to worship my greatnessâ A sly smile appeared on his full lips. âWell yes you do write books about space but if you think about it with your writing you bring other people to places they never thought theyâd be. So I would say that youâre really importantâÂ
