i imagine Aurora is like always lingering around with Cindy as she rests, givin her cuddles, bringing over food when Scott's gone and encouraging her to play a little. Cindy's tired and less fiery then she normally is without her rider but she's comforted by the fact she's safe again.

something about tf!scott and tf!pyro's dynamic devastates me; like, they're estranged childhood best friends, yes, but scott still knows that pyro is mischievous so he sticks around to make sure he's safe. pyro still knows that he can trust scott to be reliable, so he can be a little reckless if he wanted to. they constantly argue, but when they sense some bullshit going on, they immediately share a knowing look, no words needed. they yell at each other about responsibility and betrayal, but as soon as the other one seems to be in danger they immediately check up on them. when scott pretends to hide to get away from people, pyro tells them he left. when there are some shenanigans about, scott just knows if pyro did it or not. it's just so "you and i are strangers with memories of each other" and "i don't talk to you anymore but i still know how you like your coffee" and i am just so. normal about that

something something Tf!Scott trying so hard to not be lonely but he always ends up alone.

He was abandoned at a young age and found by a family, but now he's at an academy far from them.

Pyro being the best friend, always at his side but the absence of him leaves Scott to deal with the weight of everything by himself.

The imagery of him standing alone in a lake of ice. Pyro and him used to go ice skating, Scott being comforted at the fact they were there to catch him, but Scott doesn't have that gauranteed safety anymore. Without them, Scott will always keep others at a distance, leaving him unknown to spare himself the pain.

The visual of him pulling a sled back alone in the harsh winter, despite having left with a party. The mental turmoil he must have endured to get back home.

Yet he tries to be somebody stable, trustworthy. He so wants to be needed and valued, so he builds connections, becomes a mentor. He's friends and in the good books of most.

Unconsciously though, Scott seeks to be alone, climbing up to the top of the Academy, pacing his room, reaching high points.

He's like his powers in a way. Ice is cold, there, but you cannot touch it blindly without being harmed. Scott cannot let his guard down in case the people he cares about gets hurt. He isolates himself so the ice of his struggles does not spread onto others.

I’m just here to once again to remind everyone, that even though we as fans are devastated by what Avid and Marm have done, remember: We cannot pressure anyone into opening up about this situation. This is a traumatic and deeply personal experience for numerous people and they have every right to keep it private or even public if they so do desire. Real life people with complex relationships, emotions and lives outside of creating videos and streaming are all going through this and we as viewers, must respect if they stay silent. Do not spam streams, chats or videos asking what happened. Forcing someone to speak out to thousands of people about situations that are deeply traumatic is not healthy nor is it good. The victims can choose whether they want to talk about the Avid and Marm situation, if they choose to speak out or stay silent, we have to respect them for that.

This isn’t a dig at anyone by the way, I just want to make an reminder to everyone that we have to respect each person’s boundaries and privacy and that we have to accept, some people aren’t going to talk about it or won’t talk about it for maybe even months.

Also something else, I’ve been in the MCYT community since 2020 and I’m just going to say this, NOT EVERY MCYTER IS BAD. The majority are amazing people and content creators and we should 100% support them. Bad people exist on the internet and in real life, however so do good people. There are genuinely amazing individuals who just want to share their art and stories with us and that is amazing. Idk I just wanted to remind people of this.

Point is: don’t be parasocial, accept boundaries and accept any information we get. Praying for everyone involved in this situation, hope they can find closure <3

Tf!scott needs to crashout, he deserves it and it could go multiple ways.

It could be explosive, when he finally breaks everything spills out and its so cold only pyro can approach him.

Or its silent, so silent that when he breaks no one notices until he stops turning up for class or meeting ip with people. So silent that his whole body has turned to ice, the only way to melt it would be to try and consolidate him but no one can get close.

Maybe he he'll cry, ice crystallising as it falls down his cheeks. Maybe he'll shatter like a thin sheet of ice, the cold breaking through his walls his skin bones and heart. At the moment its creeping. Much like the corruption its slowly eating away at his being, the doubt about his placement, the hurtful words and twisting finally showing as something tangible afrer years of hiding.

He had been doing so well for so long. He can't let the others know, he has to be perfect, hes fine. Its something he can handle himself he shouldnt be a burden on others when hes always been able to handle it himself. He'll be fine so they stay, if hes always good theyll stick around.

Everything is fine he can handle it. Hes had to be perfect his whole life. He can Perfect for them all, just until he can find somewhere to be alone.

i need to character dump a little cause i’m afraid i break character too much and ive been roleplaying a little too silly and just want to establish some things.

for one, humor is an absolute coping mechanism. my girl can hardly be serious for a second, unless she’s mad at someone. and when she’s mad about something, she’s very stubborn about her position. and a bit narrow minded.

i talk a lot about not respecting authority or the law, or pushing the idea the law isn’t always what’s morally correct. however, whenever confronted with authority, tf!shubble folds. maybe she’ll be bold to crack a joke, but ultimately, i abide by the rules at least in front of them. i’m not willing to defy them so directly.

and i talk especially of my distrust of the professor, the most main authority figure we have. but am very much avoiding any interaction with him at all costs, hoping to go entirely unnoticed. kind of all bark, and no bite.

she recognizes the level of privilege she’s surrounded by and it’s becoming infuriating. she’s someone who always had so little but never needed more because she had her family, and now they’re gone. and she’s not really talking about it. funny that all of her powers seem to aid in dodging and avoiding.

anyway those are my thoughts about my character so far. i’ve been having a lot of fun fooling around and this smp is such a joy to participate in, in and out of roleplay. i needed to gather my thoughts as i edit my youtube episodes to focus more on the story being told in between all the goofs!
