your honor… they're completely obsessed with each other. they just don't know it yet
We need some Elriel positivity on this tag asap.
Azriel beating Feyre, his High Lady, to wish Elain Archeron a Happy Solstice will forever be one of my favorite scenes. 😅🥹
First Elain, the baddie, “studying the darkness outside” I think we will see in her pov that she has more darkness to her than what we see on the surface now.
Azriels shadows trailing him and swirling like embers clearly shows that his shadows do not fear Elain…. They wouldn’t be putting on a show for her if that was the case.
“there was little sign of the warrior otherwise” Elain strips away that constant need for him to be the big scary spymaster warrior. 🥰
“as he gently said to my sister Happy Solstice” Az always being gentle and soft with Elain 😭
Elain’s little shy smile back to Azriel.
The vibes sjm has given us for Elriel are unmatched… we are always being fed 😮💨
Sharing Elriel art from Muni_luny who sadly and tragically passed away recently.

Finally got around to drawing Violet and Xaden of fourth wing by rebecca yarros.
Love how this one turned out but it killed my ipad pencil 😩 RIP. The pencil died the second i finished this.
“Don't feel bad for one moment about doing what brings you joy.”― Sarah J. Maas, A Court of Thorns and Roses
I'm enjoying painting the Archeron aisters again after so long! Do you want to see Feyre too? I haven't started her but I think we could add it to the collection.😂
Big to smol 🤏
Elain. Azriel. Lucien. Gwyn.
At this point, they're basically Schrödinger's ship.
They're together, they're not together, they're mates, they're not mates, they're in love, they're not in love... and all possibilities exist simultaneously until Sarah finally gives us that book.
Which team am I on?Honestly? I'm on Team "Whatever Sarah Writes Well."
I've seen the chemistry between Elain and Azriel from the beginning. To me, it always felt as obvious as Nesta and Cassian. Maybe that's because Azriel is my second favorite character (after Cassian, obviously).
There's something about him that gets me every time. The way he quietly gravitates toward wounded people. The way he understands pain without needing it explained. The way he wants to protect others because he knows exactly what it feels like to be broken.
And I have to admit, I'd love to read a story where mates don't end up together. Two people choosing each other despite destiny pulling them elsewhere? That would be such an interesting direction for romantasy—and Sarah has never been afraid to challenge the genre.
But then there's Lucien.
And honestly? I love that trope too.
The man who waits. The man who never pressures her, but makes it clear he'll be there if she ever reaches for him. The one who falls first. The one who would change his entire life if she simply gave him a chance.
If anyone can write that without making it feel cheesy, it's Sarah.
And then there's the part of me that absolutely adores Gwynriel.
Two deeply traumatized people learning to trust each other. Moving carefully at first. Taking small steps. Healing side by side until one day they realize they've completely fallen in love.
I mean... come on. 🖤
As I've said, I just love whatever is well written.
Now please, Sarah.
Release the book and put us out of our collective misery.
