In Ms Marvel beyond I was thinking about how they showed a lot of variants of Kamala. Most of them we didn't find out much about. So I was wondering if you had any headcanons or made up any backstorys for them.

Oo!! This is a really good question. Before I saw the versions of Kamala, I always thought the versions of her would well be Kamala in a different form, maybe her as captain America or something. But taking into consideration that it works more like the spider verse instead probably, so different people being ms marvel.. I have a small or big headcanon that every ms marvel from the ms marvel verse I guess? Had something about them they hated, that ended up leading them down the path to becoming ms marvel. Kinda like how Kamala hated how she felt in it all, and hated how different she was! I’d imagine they’d all have that one thing in common m, hate towards themselves. And throughout their story maybe they either learn to love and embrace like Kamala or maybe they fall down a rabbit hole idk.

The term no normal and it being intertwined into her character constantly is so important to me. Cause the way I interpret it, even before she gets her powers, she never was normal. Not just cause she was weird or anything, but because of her spot and where she sat socially (if that’s the right words to use.). She is a brown Muslim girl who’s seen to be “too brown” for “normal” society and “too American” for her “own” society. I’m using quotations because it’s obvious,y not true please don’t string me alive. So there truly never was or never will be normal for her, before and after her powers. That want and yearn for ordinary can’t exactly ever be satisfied. Idk this I something I just wanted to point out, it may have been obvious or not, maybe a hot take or a cold take. I’m kinda just projecting slightly onto Kamala from my similar experiences too lol
