Okay, so earlier I posted a story on my Insta about me watching Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile, which like, I thought would be no biggie. Most people were sending me fire emojis because of Zac Efron being, you know, Zac Efron, and others were sending me scared faces and telling me they were rooting for me. But then like, I got this one comment that said ‘You look like the kind of girl that would get Ted Bundied’ and I was just like… what does that even mean? Do you guys have any clue? Because I’m seriously at a loss for how that’s a compliment, but also why would anybody be mean to me? It makes no sense.

It means he’s a closet serial killer and you should track his url so if he does smash your head in I can go to the police and be like “this is where you’ll find that delusional fucker”. But why the hell are you watching that movie? You know all the victim’s families were super upset about it being made, right? That they didn’t want everyone thirsting over Zefron as a serial killer?

Unpopular opinion, but Crownflix sucks. I mean, Hulu has way better shows on it, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? Okay, so it’s the newer not as good one, but I’d much rather watch that than the million and one fake dating movies Crownflix has pushed out this year. Okay, it was like two, but that’s besides the point. Hulu is better, that’s the point.

This is hardly brand new information, Phillips. We’ve all been watching the steady decline of Crownbucks for years now and they’ve steadily jacked up our prices but we all keep subscribing because we’re children of the instant gratification generation so what else is there to do? But let’s be real, they haven’t been shit since they pulled the masterpiece that was the Get Down but renewed the suicide wankfest that is 13 Reasons Why. The good news is, they’re bleeding money they don’t have on original content and losing their original subscribers because they keep pulling the plug on everything good after three seasons. The bad news is, they’re going to take Queer Eye down with them and then I won’t get to pretend I have five fabulous gay biffles every six months. But I guess I also won't have to listen to Antoni teach full-grown men how to make guac like it's actually hard or something.

It’s official. I am no longer doing schoolwork at Crownbucks. That place is getting dangerous now. The other day, some idiot nearly spilled his coffee on my laptop. I’m serious - the liquid was about an inch or two away from hitting my laptop on the table. I mean, whatever higher power is out there must have been looking out for said idiot. Because if he had actually spilled coffee on my laptop, I would have killed him.

I’m not cancelling Crownbucks. I’ve worked really hard werking that barista so that he insta-bumps my one-pump Mocha to the front of the line of cups when he sees me walk in. I can’t afford to go somewhere else that might have someone basic looking running shit and go back to waiting fifteen minutes for my caffeine in the morning. That relationship might be the most important one I’ve got.
