In all seriousness, this comic, like most of Gentry Dolaan Aint No Fascist, is also about the nature of struggle and resistance in the face of oppression and fascism. Gentry & the Coordinator have had the exact same conversation as I have with many organizers on the ground, weighing what they can do with what little means they have. But heed the words of the Coordinator, my friends: Revolution is not the math of attrition, but the volatile chemistry of hope deferred. Keep fighting, and when things get hard, galvanize yourself in the certain knowledge that things can and will change, not because it's inevitable but because we will make it inevitable. Not exactly new year's resolutions i would say but just a few changes i would like to bring in my life :

1. Get my sleep schedule back on track

2. Adopt healthy diet

3. More regular diary entries

4. Do more physical activities (like sports)

5. Organic gardening

My resolutions:

- Finish (or at least get a substantial way through) Give Me Everything (my hanleia au)

- Plan + begin to draft what is most likely going to be my magnum opus fic/series for HP. I’ve had the idea for nearly a year now but it’s so daunting I haven’t really started yet

- Write more oneshots for other characters in the HP series! I mainly only write for Tom Riddle and a little bit for George Weasley rn, but I’ve started an Oliver Wood one I hope to post soon. I’m excited to explore the different characters

- I’m hoping to do a Year of the OTP for Mary and Matthew from Downton Abbey… TBD.

- Make more friends on here because I love talking with you all!

- Finally (!!) fix my sleep schedule as I’ve been trying to do for over a year. I keep fixing it and then immediately getting back into the habit of staying up super late haha

- Try to become (as much as possible) a morning person! Considering I woke up at noon today, I’m really going to have to work at this one…

- And lastly, PUT DOWN MY PHONE AND GET OFF OF TIKTOK. By far my biggest time suck, and my screentime is way too high.

Draw at least on a Bi-weekly (that's twice a week) basis!
