Hello! Welcome to my blog, I'm Alyx. Here you will find inconsistent uses of grammar and hella yaps by yours truly.

I mainly use they/it pronouns, I'm 20 and I'm CONFUSED :)

I spent the whole week leading up to the final episode watching almost all of it for the first time. So I'm new here. I dont post too much about it but fav characters are Dustin, Robin and El. Fav ship is henderhop.

A lot of them. My favs are Alice by Heart, Hadestown, Falsettos and Chess maYbE in that order. Definitely AbH is my #1. But I enjoy moost musicals and I'm going to see Anastasia in Melbourne soon!!!

Musical Theatre as I said. The Chairs, NIKI, Mcfly, The Wrecks (!!), Yusuf, Charles Leclerc ( 😭 ). Neutral Milk Hotel, FIZZ, Gregory Alan Isakov, Olivia Dean, The Happy Fits, Djo, Mon Rovîa. I do listen to pop music but almost exclusively at work because we are forced to play top 100 type stuff and i hear it too much tbh. I also love classical music (especially clarinet totally not biases as a clarinet player) but in general too. ig. Fizi, Weber, Mozart, Copland. Loads but I gotta say them bc <3.

Oh also I study math. 🤓 and chemistry 🤓 3rd year in uni 😀 i'm sure i'll complain more about it once term starts in march :)

peter isn't over hated you're just hating on him for the wrong reason because i know if peter was here he'd be rage baiting all the peter haters like "i don't regret it" "i only did it to get in voldy's pants" and thats why you should hate him

I think the reason why Peter is hated is because his character wasn’t discussed in depth. You know that he betrayed his friends, but why? Personally, I think he was forced to in the start, wheather the imperius curse, abducted and threatened, blackmailed, etc, and he feared for his life, but still, he twisted some details, then he started to sink into their beliefs and BOOM, he was a death eater.

before that time, he was a good friend, funny, the funniest out of all of them all, yes, rage-baiter, a geek anime nerd, etc.

he's one of the marauders characters we actually have information about. lack of information would likely make him more desirable. peter is hated because he's a conventionally unattractive character and his flaws (cowardly/betraying his best friends) is something noone is wants to relate to.

plenty of marauders characters have no depth, less even then peter. why did evan become a death eater? we have no clue, yet he is given infinity more grace than peter. because we cant see him, we're able to project an attractive appearance and relatable flaws onto him. and so naturally he's loved by all (as he should be).

its not that we don't know enough about peter to like him. people just hate the traits that he does have. and by erasing those traits and only liking "fanon" peter just detracts from the only things we know for certain about him.

I hundred percent agree with that he’s not attractive. Evan Rosier is good looking (based on the fancast), and therefore, the fandom do prefer him, and created lore for him. If Peter was attractive, the fandom would’ve treated his character differently, try to explore his reasons, his character, but no.

a lack of information isn't the problem for peter unfortunately. people just generally don't like characters they don't want to relate to and that sucks for my boy 😞
