Akatsuki being odd
Sasori genuinely believes telling people he’d like to make them puppets is a compliment. It confuses and upsets him when others become confused and upset.
Because Hidan has a fear of losing his hair, he sometimes refuses to cut it for so long that it becomes a mullet.
Kisame chews on ice super loudly. This is another thing that upsets Sasori.
Pein has a prince albert piercing.

Deidara writes mean haikus and slips them under his colleagues’ doors when they offend him. They are actually very well-written and creative.

Itachi has adult acne and uses his mangekyo sharingan to send his pimps to another dimension. Some other poor soul becomes afflicted with them.
Kakuzu mutters to himself a lot. He thinks it’s quiet and not super noticeable, but everyone notices and it makes everyone uncomfortable, because it’s often mean things about them.
Zetsu can turn his head 180 degrees, exorcist style.
Bonus: Orochimaru used to travel via snake throughout the hideout when he was a member. Whenever he slithered out of a big ass snake’s mouth, it made everyone really grossed out.
