My health recovery has been gentle and effective. I used Cosmic Intel to address the priority nutrition my body needs in that moment and removed foods that have been causing inflammation which leads to hormone imbalance and disease. At first it seemed like a slow process due to my beliefs around restrictions and fat. Fast forward 8 months. I've dropped 3 dress sizes, my energy is booming and my allergies have gone.
