i walked outside and the world looked hazy in a way that i could only describe as the sun hitting the world wrong and i became convinced that i was having some kind of episode(?), anyways turns out that it’s the canadian wildfires again

for context the last time that my entire environment had bizarre and uncanny effect over it in a way that my perception felt wrong it was because i was in state of weeks long anxiety that made it feel/look like a kind of tunnel vision where everything was slightly tilted towards and enclosing on me
