This photo is called “Confusion” the diagonal war paint, and poorly worn breast plate are symbols of a loss of culture. The shear on the side of his face is to symbolize two plains of the human body, and spirt. Almost posing as a disconnect to our ancestors. It all boils down to two common denominators in my eyes, a loss of indigenous heritage, and our connection to our planet. The roots of aboriginal people run deep into this planet, and we have to search deep to find them, and start the positive rebuilding of our people, and nation as a whole.
