someone PLEASE give me a plot where like, your character is dylan’s muse, so to speak, and for some reason she inspires him to write poetry. they become great friends, talking about lots of different subjects, and she’s genuinely concerned about how much alcohol he drinks and how much he smokes, and she tries her best to get him to stop or at least cut back. he isn’t too thrilled, but does it anyway, but then he stops and asks: why does she care so much and why does he attempt to give up the things he loves the most and is addicted to? because they love each other, that’s why, but the only problem is that he’s married and has children already.

Jack couldn’t contain his laughter as the little man completely missed him. “Wow, you really showed me.”

“Now, it’s my turn.” Without thinking, Jack punched the man square in the nose. He, of course, regretted it almost immediately afterwards because he broke one of the biggest fighting codes: ‘pick on someone your own size’. This puny guy was definitely not his size and Jack hoped the damage wouldn’t be too bad, but to be fair, he didn’t punch that hard, just enough to teach a lesson.

——[✎] The impact of the punch caused him to stagger back a few steps, and he squeezed his eyes tightly shut. It took Dylan a bit longer than usual to react, due to his advanced state of intoxication, but once he did, he brought his right hand up to his face. Like most drunks, he had barely any idea what was going on-- and he couldn’t stop himself from bursting into a fit of laughter, as if the whole thing was a joke.
