no because..................... so often in books about war, especially YA, the death of an antagonist is what creates peace. But Patrick Ness said I'm sorry but no. But no. because violence creates violence and someone has to have the strength to forgive. And it's a tragedy that it's you it's a tragedy that it has to be you, but it has to be someone. And i can't trust that the next person who comes along won't be a tragedy as well.

So there’s a used bookstore near me that’s closing and I got a new copy of Chaos Walking (I literally wore through my first one).

I just think it’s funny that it was labeled as “Teen Beauty/Fashion.” Guess I missed the part when Todd contours with dirt cuz it’s all he has.

the crazy thing about the chaos walking movie is that mads mikkelsen as mayor prentiss is the absolute number one dream and fan cast for mayor prentiss that we ever could’ve gotten but literally every other casting decision made for this movie is terrible

I actually only have the French translation of Monsters of Men with me, and I’m not even sure if Viola says “sparkles” but that’s the direct translation, so.

I did indeed finish this more than a week ago, but I had to get out The Last Jedi fanart asap. Merry Christmas, I guess? 

I am so proud of this (as you can see by the close ups I’ve added >.<, I hope tumblr didn’t ruin the quality), it’s the first time I’ve done super dramatic lighting, and it looks kind of painterly, so I’m very happy with it. ^.^
