hmmmm IN NO ORDER , just ones that come to mind as ultimate favs :3 blue velvet , pearl , bones and all , fantastic mr. fox , howl's moving castle , i saw the tv glow , as above so below , creep 1 and 2 but they count as one . to me , mulholland drive , annnnnnnd maybe the devil all the time .... it's kinda hard to pick and they're subject to change , but nothing is kicking out fantastic mr. fox + howl's moving castle i fear

probably nouvelle vague and it was in november >.< i want to go to the cinema more, i really do, but they usually don't show the films i'd like to watch there :( that last one was in a little independent cinema that has a lot of art film though ! i'll try to go there next week if i have some free time🤞🏼

lord of the rings all three movies tbh...... i always cry when [redacted] dies at the end of the fellowship, when pippin sings at the edge of night in two towers (?) and at the very end of the trilogy when frodo says goodbye to the hobbits.. and there's probably a thousand other moments that make me at least tear up (〒﹏〒)

not EVERY single one, but джентльмены удачи is the one i've watched and memorised the most i think☝🏼 it's always been on tv during winter holidays and it's really good so i watch it every time :)

ирония судьбы... there are definitely some romantic moments and i like it when they sing together but the main guy is soooo annoying and cocky i hate his guts😭😭 every new year's i say to myself that i am NOT gonna watch this movie but then nostalgia hits me and i do and i just want to get nadya out of there😔 girl you deserve so much better!!

oh dude. dude. DUDE. More recent but. but. but Oppenheimer. ohmygod i watched it during Barbenheimer in 2023, and for context i was on the fence about going into physics/academics instead of doing art bc i wasn't sure i could deal with the stress and stuff or even if I'd be able to get myself to go to class in the mornings everyday (was super deep in depression back then) but the movie resonated with me SO GOOD I STARTED CONS U M I N G PHYSICS AND SPACE RELATED BOOKS AT AN ALARMING SPEED (I'm still going !!!!!!!! Three years later!!!!!!!) and i was so enamored with the world around me i haven't even dozed off in class ONCE after starting my astrophysics degree like... it actually did change my life for the better!!!!

Yes, I read the book first and that changed my life a lot, but the movie just kinda added to that, so I'm sticking them together. Honest to god, no piece of media has made me feel this way in a long time

Other than popcorn, I'd have to go with skittles. I love sour skittles and regular ones so much - my go-to sweet treat if I'm given the chance

I've a pretty solid memory of sobbing uncontrollably at The Notebook as a tween. I'd never seen the movie and decided to watch it by myself in my room. Good choice, because good gods, was I ugly crying.

This is a hard one since I don't think I really rewatch movies like I do other media, but the closest is probably La La Land? Much like Hamilton, my obsession with that movie has persisted since 2016, and it will not leave.

First movie you remember seeing in theaters?
I love that I remember exactly when it was and which movie it was. Picture this: the year? 2011. Me? a 9-year-old from a rural-ish part of a poor country who had never been to a movie theater before. My dad? a huge Jim Carrey fan. So he takes my mom, brother, and me to see Mr. Popper's Penguins, a comedy where Jim Carrey is a big, successful business guy who gets stuck caring for penguins. No, I have not seen it since, and I don't remember if I liked it or not. Judging by the reviews, it is, in fact, not a good movie, but it will always be my first cinema experience. And I still love Jim Carrey for most of his other work, lol

Comedy and romance! Unfortunately, I never learned to like horror, shit's too scary for me, I will wither away.
