"AU!?" Leon gasped, shocked at the statement from the anonymous message, "As in 'Alternative Universe'?!"

"I-..." The slider swallowed, blinking as he gave a long, thoughtful pause. "I, mean, I know other universes exist, probably, but like, y'know... I wouldn't think of myself -- us -- as an alternative universe..."

Also due to my co-writer and I being very busy being y'know, alive, we haven't had a lot of time to sit down and talk things out

It's been pretty exhausting these past months, so I'll simply be answering questions here before finishing up the chapters!

"Hewwo. Wat task force?"

Leon looked over at the small creature on the ground, speaking. He reached for the gun on his thigh, only to realize it was missing. He cleared his throat in embarrassment, looking up and away before he sighed.

"Uh, TF-09-0L, to Alien Repossession and Capture Team, one got out..." Leo muttered into his walkie-talkie, speaking slowly so the small, blue creature wouldn't attack him, with what he would assume was electric powers.

Suddenly, the elevator opened, and agents in puffy, white suits flooded out, nets and guns pointed at the small creature. They captured the small animal in a neck-brace, a few agents putting it into a small cage and wheeling it back into the elevator, going to the bottom floor, locked away until further notice.

"Welp, that's over." Leo shrugged, wiping his hands of the small amount of lint and dust that clung to his clammy hands, scoffing.

The slider moved to the bathroom, washing his hands roughly.

"Uh, yeah, who's asking?" Leon huffed, turning his head slightly over his shoulder to peer at the small robot drone that delivered the mail.

The slider turned, crossing his arms as he huffed, an irritated scowl starting to form on his face, glaring at the screen, awaiting the reason for the drones interruption.
