📢📢 endometriosis is more than just a ‘bad period’. It’s cramps when Your period is weeks away, it’s feeling nauseous when your period is coming, it’s backaches, it’s flare ups, it’s feeling like your insides are on fire and are throbbing. It’s sitting in your bathroom in the middle of the night, crying because it hurts. It’s taking pain meds over and over again because that’s what your doctor said would ‘help’, it’s using hand warmers / warmers in general on your tummy whenever you’re flaring up / on your period. It’s wearing sweatpants and loose fitting clothing all the time because wearing form fitting isn’t good and makes it feel like your insides are literally about to burst!!! It’s doctors telling us that we’re over-exaggerating our pain to get attention, it’s heavy bleeding for sometimes more than 7 days, it’s migraines and spotting between periods. It’s painful sex, it’s PAINFUL EVERYTHING. 📢📢 endometriosis isn’t just a monthly thing, it is a chronic illness that many suffer with so stop minimizing our pain because you don’t comprehend it.

Made my classic lemon salmon with asparagus and zucchini coins cuz its my fav!
Homemade sweet potato fries are the best! Still questioning how I am not orange from eating them so often… Kinda in love with em!! 💛🍠
Couldn’t decide if I wanted them fry or coin style so I did a bit of both! Since these are thinner cut I baked them at 415° for 16 minuets and then flipped them and put them in for another 16.
Fun fact: one avocado contains twice the amount of protein as a banana as well as an entire daily need of fiber! 🥑🥑🥑🥑

8 Super Seeds To Add To Your Diet
Any of these make great additions to smoothies!
Made this salmon primavera last night for a dinner party I hosted. Super easy to make and so delicious. It’s 2.5-3lb salmon filet. I got mine at Costco to save a little money. Rinse and dry the fish and place flaky side down on a foil lined pan. Salt and pepper the fish as desired. Then apply a consistent layer of honey mustard (I use honeycup brand which is amazing!) Make sure the fish is fully covered but that it’s not too heavy. Thinly slice 2 zucchini (I used my mandolin), and place the zucchini in columns on the fish from left to right as seen in the second photo. Finally, combine ½ cup Panko (or skip if keto) and 2Tbs of olive oil and spread over the top. Finally place in the oven at 375° for 25-35 minutes (depending on your oven) until the fish at it’s thickest is 135°. Enjoy!

Sliced Bananas With Natural Peanut Butter & Flaxseed
I never get sick of this. The banana/peanut butter combination is one of my favorites and the flaxseed adds a little crunch. It makes a great sidekick to your cereal, oatmeal, eggs, whatever. I think the natural sugars from the banana and the protein from the peanut butter creates a great energy source to start the day. Easy and delicious.
Flaxseeds decrease the synthesis of highly inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins and are full of healthy omega-3!
