how about your first kiss with each of the marauders?
It’s in the midst of a big quidditch win after party.
James is just so giddy with life.
His hair is all over the places and his shirt sleeves are rolled up expertly.
And he just sees you and something in him realizes it’s you that he wants.
So he just prances over to you and interrupts your conversation like literally says, ‘excuse me,’ to whomever you’re talking to.
And he just cups your cheeks and pulls you in for a very heated first kiss.
“Took you long enough, Potter.”
Probably happens after he’s disowned from his family.
Maybe you live near James or something, so he immediately asks you to come over just to help get Sirius’ mind off of it.
And you’re just hanging out and trying to make him feel better.
But he just breaks down and James runs to get some tea or something because tbh he really doesn’t know what to do.
And Sirius is just being really hard on himself and blaming himself.
You just can’t take hearing how this boy you care about thinks he’s utter garbage and so you just tilt his chin toward yours and just kiss him.
And he’s shocked and stiff, but he loosens up, and it’s simple and sweet and full of love.
He pulls back eventually, his face red with tears and his nose runny and he just sort of chuckles, “That’s not exactly how I thought our first kiss would go.”
Probably after a full moon.
And you’re just cleaning him up a little and going over stuff he missed in class because that’s what friends do, right?
But he’s staring at you with such adoration and his gaze keeps dipping down toward your lips (not that you noticed).
And suddenly he just leans over and kisses you mid-sentence.
And it’s clumsy and awkward but still perfect in every way.
And he just mutters an apology after, his cheeks cherry red.
But you just laugh and kiss his cheek and tell him that you’ve been hoping he’d do that for ages.
