Basically its just everyone is small toys and the kids at gardenveiw play with them. The toon handlers (known as the toy handlers in this au) make sure the kids dont play too rough with the toys. Its basically like toy story in a way where the toys stay still like their real toys and are only move when the kids leave. Them freezing and pretending to be toys when the kids are around is just first nature to them and comes natural
