Why do i have to live with this.. 

anxiety is sometimes so difficult.

makes your mind spinning round and round. positive and negative thoughts are spinning in my mind like a tornado. i wish someone would understand me.. yeah well my psychologist understand but my friends not.. most of my friends ghost me.. even when i send them a message to ask if everything is okay with them.. 

i hope i can meet some people here.
