Omg I saw your ask a long time ago 😭, but I wanted to finish the sketches I thought of for it! (This is only a few!)

As I was making these, I thought up an angsty thing (the Julie and Frank scribble in green) since the au isn’t set in stone about how Frank goes about being a rainbow monster. How would a conversation between Frank and Julie go if Frank isn’t able to talk to plants?

[frustrated] “Can I even call myself a rainbow monster if I can’t even talk to a blade of grass?”

“Why won’t they talk to me Julie? Is it… is it me?

Nothing is wrong with him, I don’t think, but trying so hard to do something a certain way just because everyone else is expected to be able to do it when it obviously isn’t working out for you is not healthy. But is the struggle to fit in not one of the themes of Welcome Home? :)c

I saw a post and I was like… I have to Write this down. I’m shy about it but I don’t care we’ll never see this post again-

I think Frank would get along best with Ernie and he’d be against Bert a lot. Frank is so… Pro-getting dirt on himself in the name of discovery, and Ernie loves dirt. I think Frank would laugh at Ernie’s jokes too. Frank’s like ‘Maybe you can’t handle him, but I can! Out of the way Uppity Oatmeal guy’ !!
