I finished Ember Queen and I have cried so much that my eyes itch. the last few chapters destroyed me

Guy in high school goes through every girl in friend group trying to date them -> guy picks me and is only deterred by my boyfriend -> guy then picks my best friend -> during sleepover at besties house we see him outside her house -> he moves to another friend who is the ex of another friend -> my friend gets upset and tells him -> guy hits my friend -> all of us dump guy because the other guy is one of our best friends and he’s creepy -> years later after high school -> bestie and I live together and run into him grocery shopping -> he seems different, mature, less creepy and has a gf -> we befriend him -> months later he makes bestie feel uncomfortable -> we disinvite him from staying in our hotel at a con but are willing to let his gf stay still -> he blows up so we dump him again

Cue me getting a friend request from him once a year like I’m going to forget everything he’s done to my best friend, my fucking soulmate, and act like we’re cool. I don’t care that it’s been more than 10 years. Once a creep, always a creep

My dog goes into her crate when I tell her to but she hates being in there especially at bed time. She likes to sleep in bed with me and nights I want the bed to myself she whines for a good while before settling down. Right now I’m at my sister’s place and I brought her crate because she has to be in it if I go to the store or something but instead of sleeping on the couch with me, when she’s ready for bed she goes in the crate (and waits for a treat) and then goes right to sleep. It’s so unusual. I figured she’d want to sleep with me since we’re in a different environment

My 9yo niece was playing sims and for context she made a family of 5 and the moms name is Rebecca and from the other room I hear “I don’t have all day Rebecca come and take care of your kids” and I am loosing it

K so both my 13 year old nieces love Heartstopper now and I’m going to have both for August 3rd. I want to make a cute viewing party for them but I’m struggling for ideas. I found some leaf cookie cutters that will work well enough but I don’t know what else to do to make it cute and fun. Ideas?

I’m on my way to Michigan to visit my sister and my mother is stressing me out. My sisters boyfriend was going to drive us and then my mom said no she’d drive because she wanted to see my nieces but now she’s freaking out about driving me 🙃

Today was my last day working at Torrid and I was hired for the manager position elsewhere same day that I accepted so I’m super excited and basically having a fantastic day

I’m currently reading Boyfriend Material because I am weak for the fake dating trope and it’s sooooo good and I’m about to go buy Husband Material because I need it in my hands the second I finish this one (which will be tonight)

My niece brought me my Heartstopper books and yelled “here are your terrible books! They made me cry! When does the next one come out?” I haven’t yet told her to download tapas to read more on there but she’s officially obsessed

I quit today! I’m going back to school and finally following my dream of going into publishing! I’m still working for now but I got a job somewhere that does tuition reimbursement since cost is the #1 thing that was holding me back

After months of my niece insisting she’d hate Heartstopper, I got her to watch it and she not only loved in, she stole the books from me to read and is planning to make her cousin watch it

Someone really fucked up. There are 2 people I told something to, now my ex boss is contacting me about it. Which means either the 1 person contacted her, or one of them told a 3rd person who then went to her. Regardless they fucked up
