Too much stress, too much to do. Neigh on zero recognition when completing a task, and that's even if you manage to find time to attempt it in the first place. And you arent supposed to do tasks, yet they wonder why everything has gone to shit. Not enough staff to keep the customers happy and not even a single thought that the staff are all unhappy. I am fucking over being mentally drained and driven into the ground at the end of the day.
