I told my surgery mentor that I would make him proud in anatomy... Good enough to be offered a teaching fellowship by my anatomy professor to help in the pre nursing, physical therapy, and physician assistance anatomy and physiology lab on campus next quarter .. Been an EMT since 2009, and taking the national boards this upcoming weekend to renew my license... Prob the most beneficial thing I've done in undergrad to get clinical experience, managing patients that are dying in traumas, meeting surgeons to shadow, patient interaction in way of physical examinations and pre Hosptial notes, medical terminology, and I've even taught first year medical students how to take better SOAP notes and so forth... Highly recommend to all of you (if you haven't done so in undergrad that plan on going into medicine) to take this course... Offered by most universities (as class units that financial aid pays for) or private companies. #premed #csusb #emt #science #mcat #nerd
