Okay, first of all—bring back the “One outfit per episode” government mandate. While the Winx girls enjoyed their main character privilege (complete with no fewer than ten civilian outfits each), the Trix weren’t so lucky.
As a self-proclaimed fashion aficionado, I will not rest until I put a magnifying glass to each of the four outfits Darcy wore and use every detail I can find to construct a comprehensive breakdown of her style. But fair warning: this is pure speculation and headcanon-fueled rambling on my part. If you disagree with anything I say, that’s totally fine—there’s more than enough room for multiple interpretations!
Overview:
Let’s start with the main civilian outfit. What do we see?
Halter neck top with low back and a print;
Bell bottom low rise jeans with raw waist and hems;
Eccentric pointed toe booties.
Let’s also look at another outfit Darcy wore exclusively in the comic:
Mini dress with raw hem and a low-waisted belt;
Again, funky pointed toe booties, this time with large buckles.
Based on only these two pictures, I can draw a few conclusions about her preferences: eccentric footwear , fun prints, hippie/bohemian leaning aesthetic (bell-bottoms, raw hem, overall vibe). Overall, her style is very consistent: out of the three, she’s definitely the most “witchy” in her appearance and choice of fashion.
Let’s quickly run through the rest of Darcy’s wardrobe: long skirts, formfitting pieces, funky tops, and silhouettes that never obstruct her frame—everything she wears is either fitted or cropped; not a single item is high-waisted. Once again, we will start with the main two outfits. We see:

Hey there, me again! Settle down, today we’ll analyze the leader of the Trix, the one and only Icy. I’ll confess, out of the three, Icy’s style has been the most challenging to pinpoint, but I sincerely hope you’ll appreciate my take, even if you disagree with some of the points!

Let’s start with the two main outfits and see what stands out:
Tall boots!
Sleeveless tops; the civilian one is even collared;
Dramatic jewelry—a jeweled belt in her civilian outfit, and a jeweled hair tie in her uniform.
Not much to work with, but there are patterns. First off, Icy loves her boots—she doesn’t stick to one type, either, since her civilian footwear looks completely different from her uniform pair. Next, it’s safe to say she has a taste for bold, expensive-looking accessories. Look too closely and you might find yourself going huh?—like, what’s with the gemstone belt and that jeweled hairpiece? (And yes, they’re absolutely made of genuine diamonds, you can’t convince me otherwise.) Finally, the collared shirt gives off a preppy, sophisticated vibe.
Still, two outfits aren’t enough to define her style completely, so let’s move on to the rest of her looks from both the show and the comics:
Not two, not three, but four winter-appropriate outfits—including her disguise. Now we’re entering the part where I let my imagination run wild, so don’t get too upset if my interpretation doesn’t match yours! Icy is the couture sister—the one who’s extra when it comes to details large enough to catch your eye but subtle enough to go unnoticed unless you’re paying attention. She’s not parading around in obvious designer labels; her allure comes from her aura. She’ll wear the most perfectly tailored plain top you’ve ever seen, and you’ll spend the rest of your life wondering whether it cost her a small fortune. Compared to Darcy and Stormy, her style is far more pared down, but still meticulous—thought through down to the tiniest detail.

Furs: Fur is practically Icy’s signature—most of her outfits feature some type of trim. Natural fur is incredibly warm, so I imagine she saves her heavy fur coats for the coldest months, while in warmer weather she opts for fur-trimmed clothing or accessories to keep the aesthetic without overheating.

I love this headcanon, I always saw Valtor as similar to Alejandro from Total Drama as both are very manipulative and ruthless but they also clearly care a lot about their physical appearence.
