Writers, send me your messy drafts.
Seriously. The unfinished scenes, the plot twists you are unsure about, the characters you love but cannot figure out, the stories that feel almost there but not quite.
I’m open for beta reading.
I give honest and constructive feedback focused on helping your story become stronger while still sounding like you. I pay attention to pacing, characterization, readability, emotional impact, dialogue, and the parts where readers may get confused or disconnected.
I enjoy reading: Fantasy Romance Horror Thrillers Dark fiction Contemporary stories
What you’ll get from me: • Genuine reader reactions • Detailed notes • Constructive criticism • Encouragement where your story shines • Respect for your vision and style
If you want someone who will actually read carefully and engage with your story, feel free to message me with your project details.
Friendly reminder: Needing edits does NOT mean your writing is bad. Every good story goes through revisions.
If you’re a writer looking for honest, thoughtful feedback, I’m currently open for beta reading.
Here’s what I focus on • Clarity and readability, even in intentionally vague narratives • Character consistency and believability • Worldbuilding, especially what’s implied rather than explained • Grammar, spelling, and light line edits
What you can expect from me • Detailed but respectful feedback • Attention to your tone and intent, not just surface issues • Insight on what’s working just as much as what isn’t
What I don’t do • Major rewrites • Changing your core story direction • Overstepping your creative voice
Genres I’m especially interested in Horror, dark fiction, psychological stories, and anything atmospheric or unsettling
If you’re interested, send me a message with • Your genre • Word count • A short summary
Let’s make your story stronger without losing what makes it yours
Your reader doesn’t need a perfect beginning. They need a compelling reason to stay.
Don’t just tell a writer what’s “wrong”. Tell them why it doesn’t work and how it made you feel as a reader.
Beta readers are not here to tear your work apart or magically fix everything. We are here to read as real readers, notice what works, and point out where things feel confusing, inconsistent, or emotionally flat. That means honesty, but also respect.
Don’t rush your first draft into perfection. A strong story is built in layers. First, focus on getting your ideas and emotions onto the page without worrying too much about flawless wording. Once the story exists, then you can refine structure, fix pacing, and polish language.
Writers, I’m curious: What kind of feedback helps you grow the most? And what kind makes you want to hide your manuscript forever?
