Shrink 4 Summer Routine ♡
*THIS ONE IS A GAME. CHANGER! These rules, if followed to a T, are intended to give rapid weight loss results. Up to 10lbs a week. Message me if you decide to use it or have any questions.
No breakfast. period. Drink water.
Take diet pills and multivitamins in the morning.
Weigh yourself first thing! After you’ve used the bathroom and before you put ANYTHING in or on your body (don’t shower yet, wet hair/skin can skew your weight)
1tbsp of apple cider vinegar before any meal
Take at least 20 minutes to eat anything
3L of water per day
Workout first thing in the morning and last thing before bed
Wear a waist trainer while working out, driving, being idle
Drink a cup green tea every 6 hours
Do the Military Diet at least once a week. OR at least only allow yourself foods that are mentioned on the diet.
Spend 10 minutes per day visualizing your thin self
Take a nap at least once a day if you have time (which you should cause its summer)
Don’t be a weak bitch and binge. Its actually not hard. When you do have the urge to binge be a weak bitch, follow these simple steps 1.) Look in the mirror 2.) ?????do you really need to do anything else
Lunch is only fruits, vegetables or low sodium soup.
Drink lemon water with lunch.
Stay out of the kitchen. Don’t even go in there! you literally have no business in the kitchen its a TRAAP.
Take at least 30 minutes to an hour per day for mental and physical self care.
Aim to burn 500 calories or more per day
You’re allowed a big/normal sized dinner as long as it doesn’t exceed 1000 calories.
You may not eat after 8pm. Dondoit.
Plan. Your. Meals. At the beginning or end of each day.
Absolutely no snacking is allowed. Chew ice, drink water, have a smoothie, suck on a mint or something. But no snacks. They add up.
PUSH YOURSELF! You can do this.

-its just plain unhealthy -heart disease isn't sexy -guys like thinner girls more -no like skinny camgirls are higher ranked than fat ones -all of your clothes are becoming tight -save money by not buying new clothes and instead losing enough weight to fit into old ones -don't you want to feel dainty? -"wow have you lost weight?" -make everyone jealous -be able to look good in anything - to be proud of your clothing sizes -not to be embarrassed of your weight at the doctor's office -be able to make fun of fat people and be certain that they're fatter than you -look good during sex -don't have fat bulging out of the water during a bath -summer chaffing is fucking awful -fat people sweat a lot more than thin people -don't be expected to fit the fat stereotype -never be called thick again -be able to pull your knees to your chest without your fat thighs crashing into your bulging stomach -have thin, feminine fingers Think of all of these goals you could accomplish by choosing the apple over the donut, or the salad over the burger.

“New Diet” Update!
Hey babes! So i’m so excited to say that it has been a week since i started the “Fist sized meals” diet and I’ve lost 5lbs! Basically i had 2 rules in this diet and it was that
1.every meal had to be as big as your fist.
2. eat 4 meals a day. The meals content could be anything i’d like, but i had mostly rice and sandwiches etc. I’m very excited about the results and as you can see in my bio i hit my first goal weight thanks to this. Please try it if you’d like and tell me what you think!
