Gallery show has been open for almost a week now so I’m gonna start posting some of the shit on here because I’m actually really happy with how everything turned out. Usually when I make a bunch of paintings all at the same time(because I hate myself and I’ve never learned a lesson in my life I decided to do only new pieces for this show) I inevitably end up HATING at least one of them but this time, while I definitely have my favorites, I’m genuinely very happy with the whole of the collection :)

Sorry to anyone who followed me for fanart of lesbian zoro, I’m gearing up for a gallery show in October(!) and will continue to be completely fuckin MIA until I finish the art I might actually get paid for. Y’know how it is

#and I just started my last semester of college #and I’m moving in a few months the SECOND i graduate #and I have a fuckin job #in cUSTOMER SERVICE #so you can probably guess how it’s going #I am genuinely so excited and proud of all the things happening right now #but it is overwhelming #and I would love it if these things weren’t all happening at the exact same time #thriving and shriveling into dust all at the exact same time I am succeeding but I am STRESSED.

He doesn't have to be Vegapunk to put together that Zoro was a lonely child, but he always assumed it was because of… who she was. Bullheaded and arrogant and different. Lonely from the start.

He hadn't ever considered that it was born from loss, that all this time there was a missing piece in Zoro's heart in the shape of a little girl that never got to grow up.
