A random take I had on if Ink were a destroyer (maybe not intentionally either):

As someone who originated from an unfinished and abandoned project, I think it would make sense if his code was incomplete in some way. And each AU is like its own self-contained world following its programming as per usual. Maybe initially entering the world wouldn’t necessarily cause the code to fail, but Ink entering the world and interacting with it in such a way that integrates him into the script itself, thereby having the world’s programming attempt to access his code only to turn up with a runtime error and crashing with a failure exit code?

Yeah.

There’s a reason why Ink emphasizes the importance of not interfering with the scripts of these AUs.

Alternatively Ink is just made out of pure pseudocode (since that is like the “sketch” version for code as sketches are for art), manifested through a miracle that allowed said pseudocode to mask as a completed product.

Error’s staring at him like “HOW DOES HE EXIST??” Truly, a horrific abomination beyond his comprehension.

When Error calls Ink a fake, others will think he’s referring to Ink’s soullessness, but he is in fact referring to his code.

Ink just existing off hopes and dreams and sheer spite 😭

Featuring: A completely normal sentence that I would have constructed even back in middle school; my time in middle school, of which was a time before using AI was ever a possibility, and— if anything— a concept of imagination. Oh, and let’s not forget the em dashes and semicolons…”obviously AI” /s

While the second option is tempting, I don't like having a third hotkey.

And I also like the idea of being able to modify my "erase marks" so I use black strokes for the main art and white strokes for the "erase marks".

Once done, use that tool that lets you turn stuff transparent based on how dark or light stuff is:

Apply color with a clipping group:

And naturally this means that yes I have thousands of layers...because I don't wanna lose ANYTHING......EVERRRRR
