For those of you who need to hear this:

Let me tell you all a story. My friend introduced me (through texting) to an anti-feminist. She told me in aside that she had engaged in many heated arguments with him about that, but to no avail. She invited me (with his permission) to talk with him about feminism. Instead of yelling and accusing I asked him questions. What he believed and why. What had given him these impressions. From what I had heard about him from my friend I expected him to be rude and rather ignorant but I was surprised. Of course, we didn’t agree on all things, but we were civil to each other and open-minded. And when we had reached the end of that conversation we talked about our favorite movies and musicals and school and things and it was fine. My point is, instead of going straight to rudeness, try and understand each other. Sometimes it’s okay to say"agree to disagree.“ You’ll make a much better impression on someone if you are kind to them.

NEXT FOR MY -CURRENT- OPINION ON KNUCKLES:

FIRST THING THEY DID WAS CHANGE THE RULES, ADDING THE MASTER RULE OF “RULES CAN NO LONGER BE CHANGED BY ANY OF THE MODS BUT MOD KNUCKLES DUE TO THE OTHERS BEING RECKLESS.” FORCING THE OTHER MODERATORS TO STOP ABUSING THEIR ABILITY TO CHANGE THE RULES TO MAKE THEM SEEM LIKE THE BIGGER PERSON, WHICH THEIR NOT, WHICH I REALLY RESPECT.
