Rather not bother ya with something so easy for me I don’t even need to try." Since that’s how everything was since he beat Mundus. A piece of cake, since he was far to powerful.

Alastor arched a brow at that, giving the taller of the two a silent, judging glare before a sigh escaped his lips and the demon just rolled his eyes. "What an ego on you. It doesn't look as good on you as it does on me. Do you usually go up and randomly say 'hi' to people without reason? Is that a human thing?"

          “I suppose I’ll have to find comfort in speaking to someone else, then. Can you at least do hugs?”

"Not usually, no. But for you, I can make an exception."

"Mm..you would need to find a reason to fight me to see them." She reasoned. "And I would rather you didn’t, because I really don’t want to fight you." She fought enough, and fighting Alastor was something she didn’t wish to do. She had cut him off from the list of people she needed to fight in her life, he didn’t need to be added to that list.

..And her, she was not required. He did not say that, except that he wasn’t going to simply deny her existence. That made her have a small smile again, if only he knew, huh? “It can be a fun thing, I think I like existing quite a bit.”

He waved away her words; A small smile forming on his face as he shook his head. "Oh no, I don't need a reason to fight you. I can do it without a reason. Done it without reason quite a few times before. Alas, it is you, and I would rather not pit myself against you for a multitude of reasons." Came his reply after a moment of hesitation, a small frown replacing the smile as he looked over at her.

"As do I. Reason why I've been doing it for so long."

           ”He was more than just ‘better’, he— he trusted me. I would say that makes him the best.”

"Mhm. There is absolutely no need to get all sentimental and emotional on me, now. I'm not the best at comforting people in need, as you might already know."

"When did you start acting like Verg? Can’t a guy simply say hello to someone who helped him out? Well except maybe Beowolf, he certainly isn’t a friendly one." Dante shrugs.

"When did your beloved brother start acting like me, would be the correct question." He points out, narrowing his eyes even more as he crosses his arms before his chest. "I suppose you can simply say hello. Though usually, it means you require something of me."

"… This Dante was a lot nicer than the others… actually treated his weapons like people and not glorified tools. And, and he liked my lame jokes."

"Liked your lame jokes, huh? Well, that makes whomever he was a tad bit better than the rest, huh. A shame for you that he's no longer around. I do not think I've ever met him, so I cannot say the same for myself."

"Well, aren't you a sight for sore eyes. Yo Alastor." Dante didn't mind seeing one of his devil arms. And its one of his swords that had stabbed him in the chest. Not like he cares since that's rather normal, but still.

And a sigh escaped the Devil Arm. He, for one, was not all too excited to see the familiar half-devil, and he made sure it was obvious by narrowing bright eyes and leaning back. "You're a sight I would have rather not seen at all. What is it you require of me this time?"

She made a rather hollow laugh in reply to that. “Well, I don’t know if you’d really enjoy those sides of me if you’re so annoyed by this one.” Which he wasn’t really. He sure acted like it, and on this particular day it was actually starting to bother her. Too bad he didn’t know all that this Master kept under wraps. “..But why would you want to do that?” Dead asked, that hurt a little. Denying her existence was something that.. Yomi could sort of do, and it hurt all the same.

"Do you really wish that the sun didn’t exist? Yourself, and I? Maybe I’m not as fun to be around as I once thought but, I like that I can exist on this plane, even if not all people know that I do exist."

"Well, who knows? You won't know the level of annoyed I'll be until you show those sides, you see." He replies after a beat, and he shifts his position just the smallest of bits, his expression wavering for a second before it settles back into the same dullness as a moment before. "It's a manner of speech. I was proving to you that I could, indeed, deny that you are fun to be around. I am not truly going to deny your existence. Heavens, no!" 

"I do not wish that the sun did not exist. Neither do I wish that you did not exist, or I did not exist. It would be a shame if any of those things did not exist. The sun is required, and you.." He didn't finish his sentence, lifting a hand to cough into his fist before he straightened his back. "Existing can be a fun thing, yes.

"Of course it’s sad! A Dante died. I wasn’t expecting to catch feelings over a halfbreed."

"Tsk. That's just pathetic. Why did you catch feelings over a halfbreed? If my Dante died, I'd celebrate."

"You’d do well not to. I’m done with experiencing loss in this lifetime."

She is well aware of her seemingly opposite personalities that don’t manifest around the devil so much. "Wow, you’re a little more egotistical than usual today. That’s fine though, lets me know you’ve been well despite not having me around to make you cringe. Reminder though: You can’t deny that I am fun to have around.”

"That's quite secretive. You should know that I do not enjoy it when people keep secrets from me." He murmured, his voice low and under his breath as he leans his cheek against his palm, giving her a dull look. "Is there ever a moment I am not egotistical? Reminder: I can, indeed, deny that you are fun to be around. I could even deny the existence of the sun. I could deny my own existence. I could deny your existence."

"That’s true— and more importantly, I would miss you. We can’t have that!”

"We indeed cannot have that. Shouldn't deliberately cause you any negative emotions, now should we?"

"No! If I did that I would go more mad than I already am. You would be cringing at me in whatever sort of afterlife awaits you, which once again you don’t have permission to go to." Dead huffed. "..I’ve missed you though. Nice to see you again."

"Going more mad than you already are does not seem like such a bad thing as you make it sound. But yes, I would be cringing at you. Which, mind you, I will do regardless of your actions." And he can only smirk right back at her. "Why, thank you. I've missed me, too."

Hey Alastor, you pretty much adopted Tommy right? Will you ever adopt more kids/have any of your own?

"I doubt I am responsible enough to take care of a child. So, mayhaps. Only time can tell, hm?"

"If anything, you have teacups and walls to talk to should I die one day. But no fears nor worries, I do not plan on dying anytime soon. With or without your permission."
