I spent my day listening to a long video on the live action movies. Some part of me wanted to try and see if I could combine some more animal-like qualities with the 90s look. While I don't personally care for the super realistic versions of these characters...animals are cute! I love animals and the goofy ways they behave. Animals move in a very fun way, and that's kind of a fun quirk to add to these guys. The 3D movies did do that well.

These aren't permanent design changes in the AU or anything. I was just testing some stuff out, but overall, I'm very neutral on them. I kind of like the tails and the legs, but it's just not as fun to draw...? I don't know how to explain why. I think I would try harder with the looks, though, but again, only for the fun of it!

EXCEPT FOR ALVIN'S EAR NOTCH! THAT MIGHT ACTUALLY STAY! I was messing with that idea before, and then I found out he had one IN CANON! CRAZY!
