Charlie (he/him) - trans + bi - I write all gender readers - 18 - I write for marvel women and marvel characters in general (platonically and romantically!) I have a whump blog over at @eilarchswhump! requests open
Hello!! I have finally decided to make a functioning navigation post.
First of all, a little about me that I want to have on my pinned post of this blog: I struggle to write a lot because I have problems with having low energy. I apologise that I don’t write the most often and it sometimes takes me ages to come out with other parts to things. Sometimes I can get a fic done in a day or two, sometimes it takes me weeks. I also have trouble reading fics sometimes so if it seems like I’m ignoring your fics that you’ve tagged me in I promise I’m not trying to, I just don’t have the energy to read them right away!
If you’re just here for fics, follow @eilarch-fics instead of this account. On this account I’ll also be reblogging gifsets and random posts normally surrounding marvel, but also could just be about my general interests. I’ll also be responding to feedback/comments on my fics on this account, on @eilarch-fics I’ll just be reblogging my fics from here over there! If you’d like to get to know me personally you’re very welcome to follow and talk to me on here!!!
Like it says in my bio, I don’t read or write nsfw works. I am 18 so I am not a minor, but if you are an 18+ blog that posts mainly or only nsfw I likely won’t follow you. I’m okay with these same blogs interacting with me though!
Mutuals are more than welcome to ask for my discord because it’s easier to talk there and I love talking and getting to know people better!!! You can also find me around a couple whump discord servers too, but I’m not really in many others

hey guys i have a 14 yr old dog (Shadow ♡) who's been primarily an outside guard dog but she's nearing the end of her life and I finally convinced my parents to let me care for her in her old age I only had enough to slowly switch her to wet food id like to get an orthopedic bed, some dog pads, and new feeding bowls since she will be inside now getting 24/7 care from me
the reason venom 2 and jennifer's body are the same is because straight men are so used to being the only group catered to unless explicity told otherwise (i.e. "chick flicks") that when they have just a regular movie that wasn't made explicitly for them, they throw a hissy fit
This month I’ve decided to participate in an event called “October,” where for every day in October I’m going to experience a day in October.
Here’s the prompt list I’m using in case anyone wants to join me in this challenge:
Next month I’m thinking of trying out the “No November November” challenge, where I’ll refrain from experiencing November for the whole month of November.
You all say how this oversaturation of smut that we are seeing is “ruining fanfiction”. And as someone who does not even write smut much, there can be a discussion had on the dominance of smut and its effect on the writing process. BUT, what I find so interesting is those who are complaining do not take into account that nonexplicit content has never and continues not to get the same engagement as sexually mature content.
Some of you guys wonder why some fanfiction writers produce exclusively or mostly smut (which can just be because they want to so mind the business that pays you) and its kinda of amusing. You ask for fluff, angst, and etc. but when it is posted there is generally absolutely no engagement, no repost, no comments, just likes.
Those that consume smut are in the comments/asks of these writers. I have seen how interactive they are. My first ever smut had the most engagement in 6 hours then I had seen on all of my fluff and angst combined.
All and all, you ask/request for a specific type of content but fail to realize that engaging with it is important. You can not ask why writers are “hopping on a trend” without also asking yourself, why?
hello!! I’m going to start writing again soon, I’ve been dealing with a lot of work, deadlines and some other things!! sorry to have been gone so long, I have a lot of inspiration so hopefully that will still be around when I have the time to write again!
another thing is i’ve changed my pronouns to he/him and after a long time of considering i’ve decided i’m a trans guy instead of non-binary. i’m still writing for all gender readers (gn!reader if unspecified) and pretty much nothing about my blog is changing there!
Tag a quality blog, You’re it! Quality doesn’t mean that you have a lot of followers, or a lot of messages. It means that you’re nice to other people, and you deserve to be happy. If you get this message, someone is telling you that they love you as you are, and they don’t care how many followers you have. Send this to 15 blogs who deserve it. If you break the chain, nothing will happen. But it’s just good to let someone know that you love them. ♥️❤️💛
Summary: You and Wanda made promises to each other but can you keep them?
Pairing: Wanda Maximoff x reader
Genre: Angst
Words: 1.3K
Warnings: this is sad and there is no happy ending. Angst Week rules apply.
A/N: Happy Birthday wifey! (I know it's still Thursday for you but like I said we're celebrating the full 41 hours). Now before you get too mad, remember that this is the order that you chose. Starting with our angst.
The music filtered through the air around you, the soft melody enveloping the crowd as the party continued on. You sat at the bar, nursing a glass of whiskey as you watched couples spinning around on the dance floor.
You twirl your wedding ring around your finger, the tangible reminder of the promises you and your wife had made to each other. You had promised to always be there for her and she had promised to love you for the rest of her life.
Only now you were worried that you had both broken those promises.
You look across the room, your eyes landing on Wanda. Your breath catches like it usually does when you look at her, her beauty something you were sure you would never get used to. She’s smiling widely, laughing at something and you wish you were closer so you would be able to hear your favourite sound.
It had been a while since she had laughed that way around you.
“Why the long face?” Natasha asks, sliding onto the stool beside you and ordering a drink from the bartender.
“What do you mean?” you reply, turning your eyes away from your wife and settling them on your friend.
She takes a sip of her drink, her eyes scrutinising your face and you fidget under her intense gaze, your own eyes dropping to your lap, your fingers still fiddling with your ring.
“Wanda looks happy tonight,” Natasha tries again, changing the topic to your wife in the hopes to engage you in conversation.
It has the opposite effect though, your shoulder tense slightly at the mention of her. Any normal person wouldn’t have noticed the subtle change in your body language but Natasha wasn’t normal by any stretch of the word.
She frowns at your reaction, placing her drink down on the counter and resting her hand over yours. You look up to meet her eyes and notice the concern on her face, chewing on the inside of your cheek to stop the tears from building.
“I thought things were better with the two of you,” she says softly, glancing over your shoulder to look in Wanda’s direction.
“They were,” you reply, your mind flashing back through the last few months.
You and Wanda had been married for three years already and you had found that instead of growing closer together as time went on, you only seemed to be drifting apart. You were fighting more often, your words aiming to cut deep. You slept next to each other every night but it was often with your backs to each other, the nights of falling asleep in each other’s arms long gone.
There were no more lazy mornings spent under the covers, Wanda’s side of the bed was always cold when you woke. The sweet messages to let the other person know that you were thinking about them faded away and they were replaced with short replies to general questions.
You didn’t know where it all started to go wrong and you didn’t know how to fix it.
It all fell apart one night and the two of you ended up sitting on the floor of your hallway in tears, confessing your fears to each other. Neither of you was ready to let go yet and you had vowed to fight for your marriage.
You had started counselling not long after, working through your issues. Things seemed to be getting better, all the things missing from your relationship began to return and everything felt normal again. You had hoped that the worst was over and this would all become a speed bump, something to look back on in fifty years time with Wanda still by your side.
But then things shifted again.
It wasn’t as obvious as before. On the outside everything had seemed the same, you fell asleep in Wanda’s arms every night and she went out of her way to make you feel loved and appreciated. You would make Wanda breakfast every morning before she left for work and she would smile softly at you when you’d kiss her goodbye.
It was a feeling you began to get, something you couldn’t even explain. You felt like she was hiding something from you, keeping you at arm’s length. When you mentioned it to her she told you that everything was fine and that you were worrying over nothing but you still couldn’t shake the fear that she was pushing you away.
When she laughed around you it felt hollow, the smile that you loved so much not reaching her eyes. She started taking longer missions, going away for days at a time. You knew her job was important so you didn’t blame her for that but you were concerned that she always seemed to be going on missions with the same person.
Vision.
You look back over to her, her face turned in his direction as he talks to her. Her smile lights up her whole face and you can’t help but feel sick in your stomach when you realise that she’s looking at him the same way she used to look at you.
“Things not good anymore?” Natasha asks, pulling you back into the conversation.
“I don’t know,” you say honestly, exhausted from pretending like everything was okay for so long.
“Maybe you should talk to her,” Natasha offers and you nod, finishing your drink before ordering another.
//
“That was a nice party, wasn’t it?” Wanda observes as the two of you walk into your house.
You hum in agreement as you watch her take her shoes off, sighing as her feet are freed from the heels she was wearing.
You hang your keys on the hook near the door, your mind running through your conversation with Natasha earlier.
“Wanna come join me in the shower?” Wanda asks you, playfully wagging her eyebrows at you.
“Wanda, what are we doing here?” you blurt out and you watch as her eyes widen.
“What do you mean?” she questions, taking a step toward you.
“I mean this,” you say, gesturing between the two of you, “we haven’t been right for months. I know you feel it too.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she tells you but you just scoff at her.
“Don’t play dumb,” you cry out, tears welling in your eyes, “I see the way you look at him. You don’t look at me like that anymore.”
“Vision and I are just friends,” she tells you and you want to laugh at how you didn’t even have to say his name for her to know who you meant. “Nothing has happened between us,” her voice is pleading with you to believe her.
“But you wanted it to,” it’s not a question, you both know the answer.
She just looks at you, guilt written over her features as her own eyes fill with tears. You want to reach out and comfort her, take all your words back and go back to playing pretend. You hated to see her hurt, even if she was hurting you too.
“What did I do wrong?” you whisper brokenly, wrapping your arms around your stomach to try and hold your sobs back.
“Nothing,” Wanda answers, taking another step forward to wrap her arms around you, “you did nothing wrong.”
You cry into her shoulder, your tears soaking her dress. You can feel her own tears as she buries her head into your neck, the two of you clingy to each other tightly. Trying to cling to a marriage that you feared was already gone.
“Do you love him?” you ask, afraid of the answer.
“I don’t know,” comes her whispered reply as she pulls back to look into your eyes.
You study her face, the face that you had planned to wake up next to every day for the rest of your life. All you saw reflected back at you was pain, Wanda’s green eyes shining with her tears that continued to trek silently down her cheeks.
“Do you still love me?” you ask, even more afraid of the answer to this question.
She takes a deep breath and you want to be sick, your chest feeling tight as you wait anxiously for her whispered reply.
