Had such a fab night watching Fawlty Towers on stage tonight theatre with Mum! It was absolutely hilarious and felt so much like the original TV show — even the set looked exactly like it did on television.They did the famous “Don’t Mention the War” Germans episode, which I honestly wasn’t sure they’d include, so I was so glad they did because it was hilarious I enjoyed it that much I definitely be watching the full series now on dvd , as before tonight I’d only ever seen little clips of it and as an added bonus,even got to meet Paul Nicholas, who played the Major and is best known for Just Good Friends, along with Danny Bayne after the show too who,played basil faulty ! Such a lovely end to a fantastic evening.

Had an absolute fantastic night watching Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical at Liverpool Empire on Tuesday was just as brillant as the last time I saw it, a few changes but nothing too drastic still had the lines we know and love from the movie, they had modernised the costumes and added modern references to the show but surprisingly it still worked and didnt ruin anything was not disappointed left the theatre buzzing wish I could do it all over again.

Theatre review

Had an absolute incredible night seeing The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe tonight Hull New Theatre it took you to a magical place for a while I couldn’t take my eyes off the stage it was visually beautiful i’d say it was on par with when I saw the Life of Pi last year .I loved that the musicians were part of the show and playing different characters and the fact you saw them on stage playing their instruments, the puppet of the lion was impressive the only thing I could say it was a shame that his mouth didn’t move also had an actor playing the part of aslan next to the puppet which had an actor inside it making it move and also to other puppeteers working it’s tail and it’s head which sometimes could be a little bit distracting at times, but didn’t make me enjoy it any less also loved the songs so very well written didn’t know it had songs in as the show as it’s not listed as a Musical but even if you’re not into musicals, you will really enjoy this production but there wasn’t too many songs.I 💯% recommend this show even if you’ve never read the book or seen the film you will love it I promise you.

Some pictures from my recent visit to the call of midwife tour at Chatham docks in london

Fab tour was great to see the familiar places/Buildings we all know and recognise from the series our tour guide Helen was very informative and easy to talk too and was happy to answer any questions we had about the series and loved the building we went in with some of the prop, sets and costumes but the only thing I will say its there isn't as much of call the midwife stuff as we though but still enjoyed the experience but also is so much else to see like the dock and ship yard

Pictures from my recent trip to go and see Starlight express at the troubadour Wembley 

saw the show on march first i enjoyed it but never will match the previous productions ive seen been way to many changes that I don't think were necessary in my opinion like all the lyric changes and gender swapping characters and removing characters replacing them with new ones and wasn't mad on the new costumes where way too futuristic and metallic looking and weren't very train looking. the skating round the arena when racing was great to see though as previous times all the races where on a screen and you wore 3d glasses people who have seen other productions might understand what im on about but those who have only seen the new production wont know any different

went into Bridlington and went to a walk around a few shops and had fish and chips then went to Bridlington Spa to see snow White starring coronation street's richard hillman (Brian Capron) as hillman the henchman was great show better than hull new theatres to be honest it may not be the biggest theatre in the world or the show have the best sets in the world but it’s always full of jokes,laughs,songs, and brilliant casting
