This shit is so crazy and surreal.
Most of my life (quite literally since I was young) i’ve been abused by so called ‘best friends’ and I always realized how toxic they were after years.
I can’t tell you the pain I went through in those years, i just can’t find the right words.
Believe it or not it shapes you as a person and looking back to those times still fucks with my mentality. I don’t think I’ll ever get over it.
Abusive friends are overlooked and not seen often and it’s painful.
To everyone reading this, I highly advise you to watch this video. If you are in such a relationship or friendship get out of it.

Why is it so hard to consistently keep a good posture? Especially during pregnancy.-

⏩If you're sitting for work, here are a few tips to keep from constantly slumping into a big lump of pregnant belly:-

➡Constantly remind yourself that you're crushing your baby when you find yourself letting it all hang out. 😣-

➡Sit up tall by imagining reaching the top of your head to the ceiling.-

➡Roll those shoulders back.-
-
➡Get up and take a few office laps or a quick lap outside around the building AT LEAST one time an hour.-
-
➡Squeeze your cheeks when you sit to keep activating your bum which will a. Remind you to sit up tall and b. Help relieve some pressure from your spine.-

➡Use a pregnancy back brace- not all the time as you need to activate your core muscles frequently while practicing an elongated posture.-

➡Practice the same tips while you're walking.-

➡Pull up and in from your pelvic floor (vajay & bum) to the top of your head.
