"With Elven Eyes" by Lars Van De Goor
Fall in love with the person who enjoys your madness, not an idiot who forces you to be normal.

JUNG’S QUESTIONNAIRE
You are an introvert. Introverts are focused on their own experiences, have little contact with others, silent, hardly make new acquaintances, do not like to take risks, they painfully experience a break in old ties, there are no options for losing and winning for them, high levels of anxiety and rigidity. They are phlegmatic, melancholic.
An introvert is a person immersed in his inner world. This type of personality is more focused on their own experiences and thoughts. It’s more difficult for him than for an extrovert to establish social communication and contacts with the outside world. Do not confuse introverts with lazy people or misanthropes. Indeed, laziness is an unwillingness to do something, misanthropy is an asocial behavior, but introversion is a feature of human thinking. Therefore, if someone says, “I am an introvert,” it is still necessary to understand whether this is true. Perhaps it’s just more convenient for him to hide behind that word, moving away from work or responsibility. A true introvert is far from a lazy person, his efforts are aimed at introspection, contemplation of the inner world. Such people very often become philosophers, inventors, scientists, writers, and poets, which requires no less work than communication with others.
Further research has expanded our knowledge of introverts. Studying psychotypes, the British scientist Hans Eysenck found that introverts are a collective concept that is divided into several types. They can be emotionally stable or unstable, which corresponds to phlegmatic or melancholic temperament. Depending on the type of person (phlegmatic or melancholic), his introversion will manifest itself in different ways. In the first case, he will be estranged from the outside world, and in the second, he will differ in excessive vulnerability and deep feelings.
Signs of an introvert:
- Feels loneliness even among people;
- Avoids crowds, noisy places;
- Not in a hurry to make new acquaintances;
- If attached to a person, they’re with them for a long time;
- Knows how to be a friend, loyal;
- Prone to introspection, philosophical reflection;
- Prefers listening, not talking;
- Likes to fantasize;
- Carefully plans actions;
- Patient, able to control emotions;
- Good observation skills, attentive to detail;
- Holds grievances and unpleasant memories for a long time.
AUTISM TEST (AQ, AUTISM SPECTRUM QUOTIENT)
Autism level:
You scored 37 points out of 50
You are extremely likely to be autistic. People with autism do not feel severe discomfort in their lives, as they have adapted well or created conditions for themselves where social skills are not very important. Such people do not seek treatment and are generally happy with their life. Still, quite often, people cannot adapt, and their personalities cause them and those around them quite noticeable discomfort. In such cases, it is better to seek the advice of a specialist. High rates on the autism scale can be caused by mental illness, such as schizophrenia. Autism is not a death sentence, and there are many people with autism in the world who are happy with their life and are in harmony with themselves and others. It is recommended you consult a specialist to accurately determine your diagnosis.

ANXIETY TEST
Anxiety Scale:
You scored 40 points out of 50
You have a high level of anxiety.
Anxiety is a negatively colored emotion expressing a feeling of uncertainty, the anticipation of adverse events, hard-to-detect forebodings. Unlike the causes of fear, the roots of anxiety are usually not recognized. Still, it prevents a person from participating in potentially harmful behavior or encourages them to take actions to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome. Anxiety is associated with the subconscious mobilization of the psychic forces of the body to overcome a potentially dangerous situation.
Anxiety is a prolonged and vague fear of future events. It arises in situations where there is not yet (and there may not be) a real danger to a person, but they are waiting for it and have no idea how to deal with it. According to some researchers, anxiety is a combination of several emotions - fear, sadness, shame, and guilt.
People with anxiety (and for many forms of fear) usually find examples of adverse or dangerous events from their past or their surroundings and transfer that experience to the future.
For example, a man sees a dog in the distance and recalls being bitten by a dog once. Now, he has a fear of repeating a similar situation. Or one day, an employee gets yelled at by his boss. Now, going into his boss’s office, he is terrified of what will happen. At the same time, a person may experience fear and anxiety about events that did not happen to them, but other people, or were imaginary. For example, several years ago, after learning about the SARS epidemic in China, many people were afraid to get it.
Sometimes such a mechanism of education leads to absurd fears which have a powerful negative impact on the human psyche. Many people cannot sleep because of the fear caused by watching a thriller or horror movie at night. At the same time, they understand that the film was just a figment of the scriptwriter’s imagination and the monsters were the result of computer graphics or the skillful play of make-up actors, but people continue to be alarmed.
DEPRESSION TEST
You have a sub-depressive state or masked depression. A professional examination is recommended.
“Masked depression” (larvated depression) is a term in psychiatry and psychotherapy that refers to latent depression. Such conditions are often referred to as “masks of depression.” In masked depression, classic affective components of depression (lowered emotional background, apathy, avoiding contact with the outside world, etc.) can be very slight or even completely absent. The patient, as a rule, is not aware of a depressive disorder. Often, they are convinced of the presence of some rare and difficult to diagnose somatic disease or that they have neurotic symptoms, biological rhythm disorders, etc.
The main masks of depression:
1. Psychopathological disorders:
- anxiety-phobic (generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks, agoraphobia, etc.)
- obsessive-compulsive
- hypochondria
- neurasthenic
2. Disturbances in the biological rhythm and sleep (insomnia, hypersomnia, nightmares)
3. Vegetative, somatized and endocrine disorders:
- syndrome of vegetovascular dystonia, dizziness
- functional disorders of the internal organs (hyperventilation syndrome, cardioneurosis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.)
- neurodermatitis, skin itching
- anorexia, bulimia
4. Algium masks (headache, heart pain, abdominal pain, joint or spinal pain, neuralgia (trigeminal, facial nerves, intercostal neuralgia, lumbosacral radiculitis), pseudo-rheumatic arthralgia)
5. Pathological disorders:
- disorders of sexual drive (sexual deviation, promiscuity)
- development of addictions (alcoholism, drug addiction, substance abuse)
- antisocial behavior (impulsiveness, conflicts, confrontational attitudes, outbreaks of aggression)
- hysterical reactions (touchiness, tearfulness, a tendency to dramatize the situation, the desire to draw attention to their ailments, taking on the role of the patient)
The main reason for the occurrence and development of masked depression is recognized as a violation of metabolic processes, namely endocrine changes associated with the release of serotonin. Its main function is the regulation of mood and pain, therefore, a decrease in the hormone leads to decreased mood, pain and discomfort in different parts of the body. In addition, the causes of anxiety are:
- violations in the regime of work and rest;
- dissatisfaction with different aspects of life: work, interpersonal relationships;
- prolonged physical and mental overload;
- prolonged stress.
Hereditary factors and possible complications during the period of perinatal development have great impact on the development of these diseases.
