I was wondering, since you draw malachi beat up a lot, they look like they get into fights, are they missing any teeth?

Oh malachi doesn’t actually get into any fights! They don’t interact physically with people much at all (they find them disgusting)Mala’s body isn’t... theirs? So most of their wounds are self inflicted or due to the strain of being a vessel for an eldritch entity or whatever. Sometimes their teeth and gums might become soft and fall out, but mala usually ends up back in their default state the next day.

Is kuru good at contortionism?

not particularly! i could imagine he’s flexible but I don’t think he could do anything extreme. i think the best he can do is probably bend his leg up really far!

So I was watching a movie about a God who was reincarnated into a child's body and I was pretty interested in the rules surrounding any interactions with him which had me wondering, are there any rules like so regarding Malachi? (for example, no eye contact, the God mustn't step on the ground or something of that sort.)

Hmm yes and no really! No one other than higher up cult members are really even allowed to look at malachi? The inner circle have very loose rules among themselves though, but they change a lot due to mala being a bit unpredictable. For example there were rules like no touching, no eye contact, no speaking unless spoken to etc etc but these were just.. impossible to keep up with. Mala has no natural survival instincts + a lot of violent outbursts so its very hard to maintain those rules without letting mala starve or hurt someone/themself badly. Most of them are just enforced for safety.

hi! i just found ur blog and im... in love !! ive read all the pages abt ocs places and species, but is there more i should read? is there a linear way for this story, and how are the characters involved with each other (other than partners etc).... sorry if u get tons of this questions i just rlly love everything about this

Goodness ahh i’m really glad you like all my ideas! To tell you the truth, a lot of the things i’ve written on this blog are a little outdated.. but i’m slowly making my way towards a more linear story! All I really know right now is that Kina is one who is mainly driving the plot, as she’s trying to find out what happened to a girl called mouchette. The rest of the characters are either trying to help solve this mystery, are involved in this mystery or are just meddling! I’ll get round to updating this blog soon hopefully.

Hey!! Did Kuru ever have shorter hair or was it always long and pretty?

he’s had phases in his life where he’s cut his hair shorter but its usually always been relatively shoulder-length! when he was little he wanted his hair to be as long as his sister’s so they could look more like twins, so he’s p much always prefered to have long-ish hair.

He actually sort of inherited the title of cult leader! His mother was the high priestess of their order and he grew up being expected to eventually take on that sort of responsibility. If anything he tries to suppress it. He’s very torn between his faith and like....being a good person?
