Charm'd - Build Set 1

Hey everyone!

Am I or am I not writing this at 4AM 6AM? Yes, I am! :D Just the usual. But I wanted to share this set with you before I leave for the Camino.

I named this collection Charm'd because the Victorian style reminded me of Charmed that I used to watch a lot back in the day. And because I couldn't come up with a better name.

The main focus of this first part of the collection are the windows and doors with a few build items to complete the Victorian look.

Since I had less time and I have a bunch of ideas I'll continue with more build objects in the next part.

For this set I really wanted to make some stained glass windows and doors so almost every type of window has a few swatches with a stained glass design, and all doors have in the same colors. As you can see, there are two styles of windows, I also made a few arched ones, I think they look good mixed with the regular rectangle windows.

I know the game already has siding but I hate that the colors are so limited so I added 41 colors for us to enjoy. I wanted to make a version with the corners but I couldn't finish that one so I might add it to the next part.

I mentioned earlier that making a roof trim was quite tricky because there's a setting in Sims 4 Studio I don't understand but I managed to make one and I like how it turned out. I added a simple one so you have all the same colors as the decorative trim.

I made a few decorative gables in various sizes, I tried to do different angles so you can use them in more than one cases. They are in the roof decoration category.

Thank you so much for all your support! I hope you like this set and that it was worth staying up all night so I could upload it. I'll be back next week with updates on the next part, and I'll try to answer your comments in the meantime.

What is it?

LCA is a ReShade shader (LCA.fx) that lets you place up to 4 dynamic lights anywhere in your scene. Point lights, spot lights, in any color, at any intensity.

So I think it's pretty clear by this point that I waited the entire 12 years of this game for anything medieval to be ever half-released. Basically anything that could pass as medieval/renaissance fantasy gets a thumbs up from me. The thing is, I wanted this so I could play with my OCs, but I needed MORE color options, as gems are a very important part of my books. So here they are!

This is an Acc overlay. Place the desired crown on your sim's head, then move to the accessories tab and chose the overlay you want based on the crown your sim is wearing. Pick a color and adjust as you'd like!

Hey, so--you remember this amazing collab from Simblreen? Here, at last, are the items we made for it! Something like 30 objects total? It got a little lost during the Mechanist event, but this project is when I started learning to create cc in earnest. I want to give it the recognition it deserves.

hi! today I'm sharing with you guys a posepack with ten poses made for a shooting training scene, involving an experienced shooter and a newbie, that have somewhat a complicated relationship. It includes an ending with a kiss (and a boob grab bc why not) and an ending where the experienced shooter imagines it and gets embarrased. I did it for my story (obviously). Clipping will/may occur.

you'll need andrew's pose player and teleport any sim mod

you'll also need the hand gun accessory by Pandora. Barrel is from the game, put the teleport in the middle of it, if you don't have the ranch expansion, I think any CC barrel will work with it.

random arm (and hand) scars

I needed some so here y'all go :P if these are useful to others then I'll try to get around to sharing the other random scar details I've made for my sims

2 category options: torso birthmark or torso scar. there are knife-type scars and also cigarette burn scars, both have 3 variants (left, right, or both arms) and then there's a swatch with both types together. they work fine with luumia's and maxis' body hair, other cc may be a different story.
