one of my fave low-cal snacks/meals: carrot salad

I like to use a potato peeler to strip some carrots (I prefer the rainbow carrots so I have some color lol, but regular carrots are just fine) the brand I use says 78 grams are only 15 cals!

then I add:

-a tsp of olive oil (40)

- chopped cilantro (0)

- a squeeze of lemon juice (3)

- a few shakes of oregano, salt, and pepper

- optional: a tbsp of sriracha (5 cals)

TOTAL: about 63 cals!!

pros:

-I think it tastes so fresh and so divine, and it always leaves me feeling so full

-also yummy as a topper on toast or a rice cake w/cream cheese

-high vol low cal! you can even skip the olive oil altogether for even fewer cals :))
