Red Grapes and Organic Cantaloup has become one of my favorite ways to begin my morning.
Often sold as a weight-loss concoction, this duo is delicious breakfast delight.
1 cup of Red Grapes
2 cups of chopped Cantaloup
I personally like to enjoy the combo blended in a NutriBullet with just a 1/3 cup of homemade cashew milk for consistency.
Serve it up!
Eat a Treasure Chest of Vitamins and Minerals with this Peach/Spinach smoothie combo!
A friend gave me a bag of sweet fuzzy peaches, so I’ve been experiementing how to eat them even healthier.
Spinach of course has great benefits introducing Iron, zinc, protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese to the body.
Some of these minerals are doubled in this green machine as peaches hold calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, copper and fiber.
3 small peaches
1.5 cups of spinach
1/2 cup of homemade cashew milk
Shredded in a NutriBullet is gold mind ready for you lips! Cheers.

Not-Chos are this vegan’s go to addiction!
A crunchy garden awaits, with traditional flavors, as well as some savory enhancements in this recipe:
Add and heat up a table spoon of grape-seed oil to a small stovetop pan.
Chop and add the carrot first, until slightly golden.
Chop and add the bell pepper until slightly tender, stirring occasionally.
Add Chopped Chard as well as a few table spoons of mostly drained black beans.
Mix, stir in lemon pepper for taste, and fry until carrots become crispy.
Pour cooked goods over a bed of chips.
Chop and add fresh avocado and fresh tomato!
Enjoy!

Thai Iced Tea with Coconut Milk✨
Homemade Vegan Almond Butter Need: Coconut oil Organic maple syrup Raw almonds Sea salt After draining my homemade almond milk I was left with 1/2 cup of almond curd. (The left over grain accumulate from blend almonds, previously soaked for ten minutes in hot water). I put the curd in a Nutribullet, however any food processor would work fine. Adding 2 tablespoons of coconut oil for thickness, I ground the mixture, stopped and stirred for about 3 thirty second cycles. Next I added a tablespoon of Grade B Maple Syrup for sweetness and repeated the blend, stop and stir for 3 more thirty second cycles. Once the substance becomes a little more creamy I added a pinch of sea salt and shredded the mix for 3 last cycles. Lastly eat and jar the leftovers of your creamy snack!
Homemade Cashew Milk Cheaper and much more delicious, raw cashew milk is so simple. Need : 1 cup raw cashews Water Salt Sweetener (raw honey, raw sugar or maple syrup- optional) Boil 2 cup water and pour into 1 cup raw cashews Let sit for TEN minutes Pour into blender Add two more cups water 4 grinds or pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of raw sweetener Blend and serve warm or chilled!
