Amazon.com: She Blooms Anyway.: A Guide To Living In Sync With Your Menstrual Cycle. eBook : Kiarie, Cynthia : Kindle Store
Ladies, how many times have you said ‘i can’t wait for my period to be over’?
What if instead of fighting your body every month, you actually understood it?
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about “fixing” yourself it’s about learning the language of your own body.
Thats why I wrote She Blooms Anyways: For the Woman Living in Sync With Her Menstrual Cycle.
This isn’t just another self-care guide. inside you’ll find:
• a breakdown of your inner seasons (the 4 phases of your cycle)
• foods that nourish you during each phase
• the female nervous system explained in a way no one ever told us
• daily affirmations, self-care rituals + journal prompts written to match the exact mood of the phase you’re in on your period.
The journal prompts/reflection rewires your brain so you’re not only in sync with your cycle, but aligning with the highest version of yourself.
This book is for the women who feel lost, disconnected, or like they’re constantly ‘too much.’ when you start understanding your cycle, suddenly things start making sense you’ll realize you were never too much you were just never taught how to work with your body.
✨ grab your copy of She Blooms Anyways today + start living with your cycle, not against it. Feedback is well appreciated ☺️ Happy syncing!

She Blooms Anyway — A Woman’s Guide to Menstrual Cycle-Synced Living. How many times have you thought: “I can’t wait for this period to just
I used to feel out of sync with myself like I was constantly either burning out, pushing through when I needed rest, or wondering why I suddenly lost all motivation after feeling on top of the world just days before.
It wasn’t until I started tracking my menstrual cycle not just for symptoms, but as a blueprint for how I live, create, rest, and relate that things began to shift.
I started noticing the distinct energy of each phase: • The inward pull during my period (menstrual phase) • The creative surge after (follicular) • The magnetic, expressive energy mid-cycle (ovulation) • And the sensitive, intuitive premenstrual space (luteal)
Instead of fighting it, I began honoring it. And slowly… my nervous system softened. I felt safer in my body. I started blooming, even in the messy phases.
That experience led me to write a guidebook for women like me for the ones who’ve been living by someone else’s rhythm and are ready to come home to their own.
It’s called She Blooms Anyway. It’s a gentle, nervous-system-informed cycle guide rooted in feminine energy, softness, and emotional safety not hustle or pressure.
If this resonates, I’d love to share it with anyone here who’s interested 🌸💫 click this link ➡️ https://payhip.com/b/Yy7lk
